The service was excellent from the reception area to the food area. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was a bit limited but it got better because we were able to dine over the other property with more options. Room and everywhere was clean.

I was very disappointed. Room looked nothing like what I booked online. They told me that was because Trip.com use different pictures but when I went in their site it was the same pictures. Was not very inviting. My toilet ran the whole time I was there. Took 2 days for me to get towels and when they did bring it and gave me 1 room service for a 3 day stay I did not even get a clean rag. Some of the workers were not very pleasant as if my stay wasn’t paid for in advanced. Would never stay here again unless they have a new management and improvements. Good luck!
I enjoyed most of my stay outside looking at the ocean. So sad what ppl have to go thru for their hard working money.

We enjoyed our stay. You get access to both properties and that was a plus for us. The room was a bit dated and the bed was uncomfortable but if you don’t plan to be in your room that much like us it’s an excellent choice. The tv would turn itself on and off and the remote wouldn’t work most of the time. Needs updates.
Staff was very pleasant and made us feel at home. The food was some of the best that we’ve had at an all exclusive. If you know you know.
We definitely would come back. Breath taking views of the ocean was everything for us. It’s a beautiful place. You can’t beat it for the price.

The fine Dining was a great addition, but we waited over a hour to be serve after seated . The wait was also long to be seated after arriving at restaurant. My bathroom faucet was dirty .

Pros: Price point for an all-inclusuve stay is very good. Secluded and quiet. Dining menu, food and costomer service was acceptable.
Cons: Front desk customer service reps failed to respond to requests/emergencies in a timely manner (they require more training).
Facillities are generally traditional/antiquated.

Food was good, staff i felt was not very helpful, took their time , seemed lazy to me, area around hotel was horri le, getting harrassed , but i like *******, but i would never go back to the decameron beach hotel

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The travel agent on the property was very rude, we booked our excursion with the drivers on Hip ***** instead. The biggest complaint was the elevator not working and they were always out of beach towels

If you are looking for an affordable resort option I guess this would be for you though for not much more I would strongly recommend the other Royal Decameron property right next door 'Cornwall Beach' - the resort does allow you to utilize ammendities from both properties but the rooms we hear and the interior property in general was much newer. The room we stayed in was dingy - a few touch ups would have made it a bit more enjoyable - replace drapes that were torn and broken; wipe down walls from top to bottom in room/and bathroom - and outdoor patio. Paint water stained areas. I am unclear why the bare minimum of towels was always dispersed so we had to insure we had fresh ones, which we did always get but would not have had to keep asking if they would have just provided more than 2.
We were on the first floor and the view was very nice; the staff was also very nice; the 'hip *****' is not really anything overall but does have some great eating spots and doctors cave beach was nice and extremely clean and only a 5 minute walk. But the street itself is dirty, and definately not family friendly. But we were fortunate enough to go to several areas throughout the island including other spots in Montego Bay which were beautiful. We would definately visit the island again just not stay in this resort or area of the island.

Snack bar vey limited on food and a dress code to eat, some of the staff not friendly, Jacuzzi and sauna not working. no one really care to help you,
