Very friendly and helpful checkin! The Hot Tub didn't work, which is one of the reasons we picked the hotel. Was nice and newly updated. There was a little bar next door, that ending up being more of a dive bar, but was a lot of fun!! Great people all around, and felt totally safe!!

Breakfast ended at 10:30, at 9:30 there was nothing left. I did like the coffee in the lobby. Early check in was great, as my son was getting married that day.

The hotels are always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only complaint we have is the breakfast...the food looks under cooked and is only lukewarm. This is the 3rd Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in...and the breakfast all had the same problem.

Last minute stay after my windshield was smashed on I-80. The only thing you should know about this hotel is that this should be the standard of Excellence in every Hotel. From top to bottom the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are Beyond relaxing which is exactly what I did. The only thing I would do different is show up earlier so I could get that relaxing Spa experience. LOL I've never been to a spa but I can only imagine the atmosphere being exactly as it is in this hotel.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean and plenty of room. There were 5 of us together, and we all had enough space. The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. For us, the location of the hotel was ideal

Staff was very friendly and professional. We had a minor problem and they fixed it right away and apologized. The only complaint is they do not have enough handicap parking only 4 for the entire hotel Also they forgot to put my rewards in for the second time and I am unsure how to add them. I would highly recommend this facility and will stay again
