My flight was delayed, so my check-in was delayed that day. This was a delay from the airline, and I bear no responsibility for it. I arrived on 6/19/2025. I also contacted the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the reservation had been canceled!! How I contacted you several times and each time I was told that my flight was delayed and my reservation was paid for. After many attempts that lasted for hours and I explained my situation that I was with an elderly person with cancer who was receiving chemotherapy and was very tired, our passports were taken and we were given rooms. I am very upset with this unprofessional treatment and will not give the hotel a good rating despite my great satisfaction with the place and rooms.
