I booked the hotel via the Internet, the booking was impossible to cancel and when cancelling at me from the map would have been written off 7000 rubles. The day before the arrival I decided to specify whether I could. It turned out that with the number some problems and to settle me will not give me. Thank God they helped make money not write off. The question is why they didn't even warn and everything turned out in the last minute. It became known that even if I had come, I wouldn't be set up because there was no analogue. How is it possible that on a weekday all the rooms are busy? Now it is not summer that such situations should happen. Awful service, I believe that for 7000 rubles in 2 nights, it is possible to be a little more respectful and to be connected in advance, once such a situation occurs.

We were about to arrive early from Istanbul. Turkish asked us for a PCR at the last moment, we had to lose the flight, buy another and arrive at night. We are from Argentina, where Rublos doesn't sell. The airport bank was already closed. We went to the hotel and we had the dollars to pay for the 3 rooms reserved and Rublos to pay for the first night. Despite being tourists, not speak Russian, having traveled from morning to night and it was late, they told us that we were left right and we would change silver. We walked over an hour, we lost, we asked people how we could, we were exhausted. We had to note the address and explain it changes to flowers or pharmacies. Or they should go, because once I learned, I saw it was easy. We lost a lot of health. I don't understand as a hotel, it is not prepared for that. Thank you for we went. I don't recommend Russia to any foreigner with this complication. Let's take the dollars and change them or wait a day or be with us. And let's give them more guarantee than leave them $2,000!!! and passports.

Very nice little hotel. polite nice administrators. Excellent location: to Red Square on foot 15 minutes, near Eliseevsky shop, many restaurants, very close to the metro. In the room is a shower gel, shampoo, soap, shower hat, tooth cleaning set. There is a fan, a refrigerator, a teapot, a cup, a glass, a smooth board. The rooms are small, does not seem close because of the high ceilings. Very clean, good mattress and pillows, new and clean bed linen. Tapts and coats. Simple but good and saturated breakfast clearly to the scheduled time in the room. However, I didn't really feel very comfortable eating in the room on the warehouse table. But not critical. But the second night there was a big minus of this hotel - the total lack of sound isolation . The men talked in the next room as if in my room. The hearing was perfect, I could quite participate in the conversation. I had to ask the administrator to solve the question. Although they were not noisy, they were just talking in voice, but they were not real. On the first night nobody spoke and it was good. So people with a sensitive sleep - take this nuance into account.

Always liked this hotel, of course its main dignity is the location, center, a bunch of sights, brand stores and class cafes nearby. Good parking for the car, too, is not expensive. The hotel is generally quite comfortable, good repair has been done. But the truth is already a little undershaarpal and there are cleaning problems, it is not done quality, although it is fast and every day without reminders. At the hotel there is a cafe where you can order breakfast and dinner, but there is a number of cafes on any taste. Protested and in the hotel, I can't recommend, the Swedish table, the food is cold, the choice is not big (but for 3 stars good) food is not replenished an hour before the end. Perhaps the biggest problem was noise isolation, all that happens in the neighboring rooms and the terrible state of the plumbing. Summary of the fact that you can close your eyes for small shortcomings and recommend the hotel for visit.

Location! The biggest buy is location! Located on Tiananmen Square, similar to Beijing Chang'anmen Street, the subway extends in all directions. Remember - Red Line Lenin Library Station Exit 4 is the nearest subway entrance. From Exit 4, it is a small square square. On the right hand side, the entrance to Kegong is below. Turning the left hand 200 meters away is the hotel, the entrance of the palace is the hunter business, a bunch of food and drink, recommend mymy, we ate three meals, 5 minutes from the hotel to the hunter business, and then go ahead to Red Square, Zhukov Statue, Four Seasons Hotel is there, The price is not a little more expensive than this, so live here, Red Square, St. Vasili, K Palace can turn a lot of circles a day, because close, the hotel interior front desk is very small, the front desk staff is good in English, the attitude is also friendly, but there is no St. Petersburg enthusiasm, but very real, Knowing that we booked the suite the next day, directly upgraded the standard room on the first day to help me upgrade to a suite, save room change,

Close to the Red Square, walk 10-15 minutes, the room is very quiet, the hotel entrance is more difficult to find, not very friendly for people who are used to the domestic store with a big signboard
