Amazing and friendly staff. Special recognition to Mugo- the supervisor who always checked on & ensured our welfare was well catered, chefs Moses and Patrick for the most delicious meals and support in arranging meals for 2 infants, very friendly Grace and Agnes at the reception and the animation team at the swimming pool checking on our children. The hotel, though small, has adequate facilities to enjoy the stay and the beach is not crowded. We had a memorable vacation!

I came with my friends for a weekend.The ambience of the hotel is something else.Great and friendly stafff.Clean pool that will make you want to be in the water the whole day.Checkin was smooth Faith at the reception was very helpful.Will be back soon.

Amazing place to be with family staff smiles from the reception to restraunt clean pools wonderful activities from the a team fantastic evening shows from animation team kudos to Antie happy she really a nice team captain and the same time mama watoto I will always recommend her to my friends who planing to have their holidays at prideinn I will be back soon thanks paradise for your services

Arrived 2.30 pm had to wait two hours before the room was ready.
Problem also checking out delayed another hour and charged extra for a mistake that wasn't mine and was a hotel.com error.
No fridge in rooms and antiquated TV with very poor reception. Other than that staff were good but this hotel needs a good injection of money to upgrade the rooms
Wouldn't go back to be honest.
