We was lied to the pool is closed. My kids was super excited to get to swim that i why we picked this place.

Pool is out of service, which is the reason we stayed. No working elevator, we had to haul luggage upstairs, the phone had no phone cord attached, tv didn't work until we crawled behind and fixed it, wifi wouldn't connect, lady next door yelled and cussed all night long. You couldn't breathe on the second floor for the smell of smoke coming from the smoking rooms.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Room was clean and had everything you could need. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Stayed while there was a change in maintenance staff and my room was scheduled for remodeling and upgrading.
Reception and cleaning staff were friendly. Most of the breakfast was ready before I left for work. Sink and bathroom configuration was unusual and not optimal, but functional nonetheless. Was mostly quiet while I was there.
Hopefully, any future stay I make is after remodeling.

Old facility, not very clean, we used a Hugh amount of Lysol. The sheets did not fit the bed. We were there for a funeral, and would notate stayed a minute longer, but it was too late to look for another accommodation

I have pic of mold in ceiling in bathroom, mold in ac, dirty sheets weren't changed, so on pics of everything I don't know if I'll ever go back and I use hotels alot . And as my family

I've stayed here for years while visiting family & it has gotten really ran down, dirty & people hanging around that act like they are strung out on *****. I was not comfortable & it's a real shame because not many choices around that area for lodging :(

The hotel is in terrible condition. Very run down and in need of repair, I’m honesty surprised if it even has insurance. Looked like people living there, cooking in rooms, etc. The pool has water in it but a signed that said closed, no explanation. Not that I would have wanted to get in it. My 3 year old had bites all over her in the morning, we didn’t but she did so really not sure what that is but she was in the other bed. We didn’t see any bugs so maybe just mosquito? The room was ok but hotel was rough. The desk clerk was nice and no problem there. Housekeeping started at 8 am.
