The hotel was cozing and had good accomodations. Although not too modern, the room was equipped with everything we needed and had great acoustics. Parking in the surroundings was not very easy depending on the moment of the day. Breakfast was nice, with variety of food and typically German food included. The staff was nice but not very welcoming. The neighborhood was not very near to the city center, but that worked out really good for us, since we got to experience the local life.

Wow. The Service was simply amazing. We travelled with a little child. The staff arranged a nice crib for our baby, the foldable type but with its own clean cushion, bedsheets and towels. The hotel’s design is simple, our room was super clean, it smelled nice and it had a nice warm temperature. We are super happy to have stayed here and congratulate the management and employees for their customer centered service.

Amazing service and amenities. There are even activities for residents to join for free, eg Yoga class. The lobby is well decorated with a coffee shop/bar, and working space. There is also a rooftop bar. Best part of this place is there is a washing + drying machine in room, with free detergents given to us. 100% recommend.

The hotel has a lot of rooms, tidy, clean, comfortable, and convenient transportation nearby, but some rooms in the hotel do not have a hair dryer. I found out that there was no hair dryer after washing my hair last night. I called the front desk to ask for it. I waited for almost an hour and no one answered. Finally I opened the door, and a Chinese man just passed by in the corridor. By luck, he had a hair dryer in his room, so he was able to dry his hair...

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Don't let the photos, high stars and several good reviews trick you, like they tricked my husband and I. Initially when we booked our room we expected a spacious and clean 1 + 1 room with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. But when we were at the reception, one of the staff members explained to us that we had gotten a completely different room because ”they don't give out rooms based on pictures” but rather instead have their own system of stages or levels and you don't even know which exact room you get when booking. They claim the one we booked was a tiny room that could barely fit my family of four and several luggages (we had been traveling overseas for a month).There wasn't even any space to walk between the beds or between the luggages, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I couldn't even close the door because our room was so small. The bathroom was infested with bugs on the ceiling and walls, the whole place smelled of obnoxiously strong perfume to mask the disgusting odor of meat previously cooked in the kitchen and throughout the whole ”stage”, and most bothersome of all, neither my family and I nor our luggages could fit in our small room. After explaining that we wouldn't be able to spend almost a week in this room, I spent over an hour trying to convince the people working at the reception to either give us our originally booked room or refund our money back and they said they couldn't do EITHER of them because the hotel was fully booked and since we paid online it wouldn't have been possible to give us our money back. What a scam! After a while of arguing, they finally agreed to let us stay one night in the room we paid for in the first place and refunded the rest of the money to us. My husband and I spent the rest of our day searching for a new hotel during the busiest time in Munich when every hotel was fully booked for the next few days. (In case you were wondering, we were able to find one that we loved for the rest of our vacation.) If our troubles only stopped there I wasn't going to take my time to write this review, but unfortunately the hotel staff and management had to disappoint me once again! The breakfast was not very good and the food was minimal, but more than that I felt like we were in the middle of a forest full of bees and flies, both outdoors and indoors. Not just one, but more than enough to prevent us from eating in peace. My kids kept screaming, and the jars of jam were full of bees. I informed a staff member and she brought back another jar in 5 minutes and I got some jam in time before it would be full of those bees again. If the doors of the hotel hadn't been open the whole time for them to come inside we wouldn't have had this problem. To make matters worse, my eldest daughter had been feeling sick for a few days and started feeling worse that morning, so her dad took her to get medical treatment leaving only me and my 8 year old daughter behind. The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

Check in process was fast, after a long day at work with no hassle. Staff is welcoming. Room is comfy, great and clean. Breakfast has much variety and great options! Around 7-10mins walking distance from the nearest S bahn. Overall a great experience with holiday inn.

We spent one night in the hotel before a morning flight. We usually stay in 3 and 4 star modern business class hotels and this one appeared to fit that criteria. The standard ”double” room sounded small to me so I reserved the ”premium” or ”superior” room for less than 10 euro more. This review reflects that upgraded room which is supposed to be about 18 sq m or 205 sq ft. The room was quite roomy, actually bigger than I expected. We were on the top floor. The top two floors (4 and 5) are smaller than the rest of the hotel and have only 10 rooms per floor. It was quiet and comfortable. Although it's only a 3 star hotel, it felt like a 4 star hotel to me. The only negative in my mind is the lack of a 24-hour reception. They apparently open at 0700 (though my ”booking” web site said it opened at 0630). I just seems like a hotel with 120 rooms should have 24 hour reception. Or maybe at least 5am to midnight. When we went to check out at 630am, no one was there and there were a few card keys lying around. We just left our card keys as well, then later got an email about online checkout. The area is a significant distance from central Munich. It's about half way to the airport. A station witih S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines is immediately adjacent to the hotel. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby but there is one in the hotel and a few nearby. We went to a lovely Italian restaurant just a few blocks away. I would definitely be back.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Das war dann auch schon das Positive. Das Personal ist schlecht geschult und unmotiviert. Wir hatten in allen Bereichen schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht: Der Check-In war eine reine ”Abfertigung”, meine Kreditkarte wurde lediglich zum Begleichen der Übernachtung verwendet, aber nicht zum Bezahlen an der Bar, was uns barsch von der Dame hinter der Theke beim Bestellen von Getränken gesagt wurde. Die Dame war unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Auch zu dem von uns gewählten Parkplatz haben wir falsche Auskünfte erhalten, was zu teuren Abschleppkosten geführt hätte, wenn wir nicht zufällig Mitarbeiter aus dem Nachbargebäude angesprochen hätten. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Trockene Brötchen, angebrannte Rühreier(falls es denn tatsächlich Eier waren; was zu bezweifeln ist), der einzige Unterschied zwischen Wasser und Orangensaft war die Farbe. das Servicepersonal war unmotiviert und hat sich lieber um die Kaffeemaschine ”versammelt” und Kaffee getrunken, ohne festzustellen, dass für die Gäste keine Tassen mehr vorhanden sind. Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Der Teppich war verschmutzt und im Bad waren Haare vom Vormieter um das Waschbecken verteilt. Selbst nach der zweiten Zimmerreinigung hat sich daran nichts geändert. Das Beschwerdemanagement funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Auf unsere Beschwerden und Hinweise wurde auf keine Weise reagiert. Das Hotel ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!
