Easy access to the subway, staff was incredibly friendly, parking was a bit difficult to spot from the outside but was easy to access once we got the instructions (probably should indicate on the website so customers do not have to get out of their car and go inside to ask), rooms are smaller than you think but nothing to complain about. Really chill and chic hotel. Only a couple of mins to get to the city center. Prime location!

Worst experience ever. Never ever book and live in such a ****ty hotel with poor service. 1. They gave the wrong room when I checked in. Someone already lived in that room. This is incredibly unprofessional. 2. Room service is supposed to be performed every day, but there was no room service in the first two days at all. 3. On the third day, there was room service after two days of urging, but my friend’s own bath towel was taken away. 4. The servant attitude is extremely poor. My friend's own bath towel was taken away by mistake. The front desk has always faced our communication with the attitude of "what do you want me to do" instead of solving this problem 5. And now the hotel tried to deny that the towel was taken by them, saying there's no camera to prove that she lost her bath towel with them. So once you live here and lost something, pay attention, they will not take the responsibility because there’s « no camera »in the room.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The subway entrance is opposite to the shopping mall. It is very convenient to eat and travel. The hotel is not cleaned every day. I forgot to clean the room when I made a reservation. When I left the store, someone else charged my room , Therefore, the management level is so-so, the hotel room is very small, and the bed is also small. can only say average

A hotel I like very much

Carpet marked I do hope it’s been cleaned. Shower head broken - showering one handed. Here for 2 weeks ‘might be fixed before you leave’ response. Queues for the bar as the bar person is also checking people in. Dark blue walls work in the bar and lobby but feel like a penal colony in the corridors. Underground car park needs to be paid daily - it’s really for the supermarkets and can’t get an extend hotel deal Breakfast similar to a premier inn but the pastries are not as good. Just fix the shower please

I appreciated the great effort by the staff to resolve my television problem which resulted in a room change in the end. However, I requested housekeeping but it did not happen. Also, my room was dusty, especially around the desk and the television. Overall, it was a good stay. The location is excellent.

I stayed with my family for 4 nights. Everything was great location, breakfast and clean rooms. However, I would like to point out the exceptional behaviour of the whole personnel with a special reference to the manager and Mrs Marianna Zampa. Thank you once again for your great help.

There is no flexibility in booking hours, so be very careful when making a reservation

I have booked the family room but the staff refused to give me what I booked the room. They have explained to me that they don't have a family room or connected rooms, After one hour of discussion, they agreed to give me the connected rooms with the worst. view. Net day I have requested to change the room to the opposite side... the room is under cleaning, but they refused to shift me the other room ,,, the reason is that the have noo rooms available??!!!!while it was available in the booking??!!

New and nice build hotel. Close to shopping center out side centre of Munich. 10 min from city center by metro.
