Lovely clean hotel with absolutely everything you need. Staff all super friendly and helpful. Room cleaning excellent and staff always cleaning around the restaurants / hotel. Tui staff amazing with the children and kids loved the entertainment. Beach absolutely stunning and right by the hotel. Plenty of variety of food in the restaurants, something for everyone and lovely location only a short distance in taxi / bus to alcudia or can picafort if you want a day out. Boat trips available and pools well maintained . This hotel is perfect for families with young children.

First visit to this Hotel very impressed every staff member from reception, waiters, chef and cleaning staff very willing to help always had smile on there faces never saw a frown all the time we were there, room clean restaurants had a huge choice of different foods big swimming pool and several more will return

After reading mixed reviews about this hotel i was starting to get slightly anxious. I had absolutley nothing to worry about this hotel and the staff are lovely. The food in the restraunt and the green and grill was always plenty and hot with such a variety. There was always pasta, chips and pizza avalible which was perfect for our children. Breakfast in the restraunt was always fantastic with a good selection. The pool and beautiful clear beach really make this hotel. Our children loved spending time in both. We loved the quiet location away from the busyness. The 324 bus stops down the road from the hotel and doesn't take very long to get to Alcudia *****/Alcudia port for when we wanted to go exploring. The taxi rank is opposite the hotel and was ideal on market day. Over all the hotel is great. The only small ******y things i can think of is the snack bar and drinks selection. We went to the snack bar one day for lunch as they have hotdogs and burgers. It was practically empty and we soon found out why. The food was cold. No ice creams avalible only ice lollies which usually being all inclusive you have ice creams avalible daily. Drinks selection was good but i do feel like the cocktails/selection could of been better. Overall though we loved this hotel.

Stayed as a family of 4 in May 2024, hotel was great for family’s and young kids, choice of restaurants which is great for all inclusive. You’d be fussy if you found nothing to eat, plenty to choose from. Room was great, with a sliding door to separate you from the kids. Only downside compared to other TUI Blue restaurants was ques were larger at the bar in the day and especially at night, could have done with more bar staff. But overall I would recommend, lovely location on the beach and great family fun and entrainment. Pools had great selection for kids and adults. I would defiantly return.

Our first holiday abroad with our 3 year old. We thought the hotel was fantastic. There’s plenty of swimming pools with areas for paddling and swimming, a jacuzzi, lots of slides and plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is located next to the beach, which is beautiful. Lovely clear sea and nice sand. The food was good, a great choice every evening with lots of food cooked to order. There’s a fab kids section too, so our toddler was kept well fed. The TUI reps were great, the entertainment was very good each night. Our son also enjoyed the arcades in the evening and the mini disco and of course “captain T” we found this such a great hotel for our first holiday, we didn’t need to leave the hotel really as there is plenty to do here. It wasn’t too far to Alcúdia Old Town which is worth a visit.

There isn’t much to do around the area you need to get on public transport or hire a car to get anywhere. The food is very expensive if you’re eating out the takeaway on site, the food is very bland and flavourless a waste of money don’t think I’ll be returning back to this location. It’s worth going bit closer into the towns like pickafot

This hotel is on the beach. It had numerous activities . It has a games room . Sports shops food places nightclub clubs great food nice pool great friendly staff on site shop pool tables everything you could wish for in a family holiday . The kids really enjoyed it

We had a great time at this hotel! It’s really family oriented and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Lots of activity for kids, lots of options for food in the hotel and also around the property. There is also a grocery shopping right outside the hotel, very convenient. Overall we had a great experience.
