Best Three Star Hotels in Mykonos

The hotel is great, has a pool, and watching the sea swim in the pool is great. The hotel is also very beautiful, there is a large terrace overlooking the sea, which is especially pleasant. Breakfast is also very good, clean and the scenery is good. It is a little distance from the old city, but it is acceptable. Great value for money!

Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Every request we made was handled positively and efficiently. Chairs for our balcony, printing ferry passes, directions, suggestions, transfers to/from ferry dock, etc. Room was nicely cleaned every morning. Pool bartender was perfect, bringing towels, pointing out HH specials, setting us up with wine ice bucket and plastic wine glasses for our room, etc. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety. We dined in the Restaurant one night and food was tasty, and waiter was smart, efficient, and attentive. The walk to/from town wasn’t that much of an issue, but make sure stairs to your room won’t be an issue because there can be many based on your room location. The hotel has several vertical levels. We really enjoyed our stay and do/can recommend this hotel, mainly because everyone was so service-oriented.

When we arrived I thought at first ok, the hotel is a lot more modest than it looks online, but the price was low for Mykonos so I thought ok fine we can make it work. The ”welcome drinks” were cheap apple juice and when we got to the room the comforter had yellow stains on and it looked like a cheap roadside motel more than a decent hotel room. So I was a bit upset but still thought we will not be that much in the room so let's just ha a laugh about it. We were so hot frm the ferry that we decided let's have a dip in the pool to start, turned out the hotel had no swimming pool available for the entire time of our stay, as had been promised/described in the information when I booked this hotel, the pool was broken. As it was 35 degrees celsius in Greece, I was really upset at this point and the hotel told me if we can find another hotel ASAP and leave the hotel within 15 minutes, they will give us a full refund no problem and they are sorry the pool is out of order. So I got another hotel for 3x the price and they called us a taxi and we left. I have not received any refund from the hotel as they promised, the hotel does not react to my calls or emails and they are just playing some ignoring game with me. At first they told me yes yes it is coming on the phone and nothing has happened despite several calls and emails. Then the manager is never present and he has no direct number. So I think they are just waiting for me to give up and accept they fooled me. I asked them to give me some kind of explanation and they just soud annoyed on the phone and tell me they cannot say anything that the manager will contact me and he never does nor is he ever there present when I call. I have NEVER in my life been treated or scammed like this, we were 4 people in the reception when they told me that everything is fine and we can take another hotel and it is no problem and they will refund me. So not only avoid this hotel because it is rubbish altogether, but also because the people are clearly total liars and criminals and have absolutely zero manners and human decency!!

Séjour de 4 nuits dans la suite de l'hôtel, terrasse et vue parfaite. Le personnel est très agréable, de l'accueil, aux services et aux personnels de ménage. Les chambres sont faites et le linge est changé tous les jours. La localisation est un peu excentrée, mais des navettes seabus pour le vieux port sont toutes proches et si besoin le personnel peut vous trouver une location. Le restaurant est de bon rapport qualité-prix et propose un menu tendance asiatique et des sushis délicieux.

This is the best Hotel we have ever been to. The service is exceptional. Staff treats you like God. When we checked in they asked us a lot of questions about our preferences and they took care of it during our stay. Staff is very polite and give you very positive vibe which you need during your vacations. Breakfast , Location and service I'll give 5 stars.

It's a very nice and relaxing place! My friend and I spent 5 nights there and we had a great experience. Konstantinos looked after us and was very prompt whenever we had questions and super friendly. It's a 15min walk to Kalo Livaldi, an excellent beach with a very beautiful, clear and warm water, a 20 min walk to Ano Mera, a little village where you can buy stuff. It's better if you rent a car as it would be easier to travel everywhere across the island. We didn't have a car. So, we spent the first part of the day on the beach and at 5:25, we were taking the bus to the old town. There is a bus that goes to the old town 3 times per day (10:25, 13:25, 17:25). You just need to wait for it in the front of the villa, on the other side of the road. We were taking iMove to go back to the villa during the night (it's similar to Uber). Konstantinos also shared an app with us with everything that was around us and we ordered food from Paprika and that was super good. I definitely recommend this place!

We recently stayed at the Madalena, April 15-17th. Sakis and Dora at the Front Desk were OUTSTANDING! Between setting up our transportation to/from the ferry, to helping us to rent a scooter to providing crucial information for my girlfriend where to seek medical attention, Sakis and Dora were there. The breakfast was outstanding as was the staff supporting the breakfast area. The views were spectacular and the hotel's location made it so easy to walk to the downtown area. Stayed here in August 2022. Great location. Everything you need is in walking distance. All the shops and restaurants are like a maze across from the hotel. We would start out on one end and always seem to end up where we started later on. We were in walking distance to the Windmills and water. All the buildings are so white here against the blue waters in the background. So beautiful! The Staff was friendly and willing to help if we needed anything. The place is so clean. Close to the airport and ferry service. Had a nice breakfast everyday and sat outside on the patio drinking our coffee. Our room was perfect for two people. I love the pillows. Got a good night's sleep here.
