Awesome place actually justifies the hospitality business.. Be it room service to readiness of staff to address the queries. Staff was real helpful to listen tenants all the time.. Ahh thank you very much for courtesy of christmas gift which was given complimentary!! place/ room size is decent to stay... Food was best i would say neednot to go out to try

During our multiple visits to Pai Vista with my family, we experienced exceptional hospitality and comfort. We recently visited PAI vista for a 4 day stay , the stay was absolutely delightful, and I must extend special thanks to Mr. Ashwin for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Accommodation : The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hospitality: The staff at Pai Vista were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Mr. Ashwin, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His attention to detail and prompt service truly made a difference.He helped us get in contact with travel desk for intercity travel in Mysore and out station , Mr.Mahinder and Pavitra from travel desk made sure to hear all our requirements thoroughly and arranged trips , they followed up well during travel as well that ensured smooth and memorable travel. Food: The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The restaurant staff are courteous . Location: The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and located just opposite to bus stand . It provided a perfect base for exploring the beautiful city of Mysore. Our experience at Pai Vista was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the seamless check-out, every moment was filled with comfort and relaxation. A special thanks goes out to Mr. Ashwin for his exceptional hospitality and attention to detail, ***** with his warmth and friendliness, which truly enhanced our stay at Pai Vista.. Excellent hotel with prompt services, Beds and pillows are very hygienic, AC's working well, Toilet block are neat and clean, One of the preferred Hotel in Mysore, Not finding a single mistake, staff are very professional and co-operative.

Pleasant stay. Courteous staff. The hotel is situated at the heat of the city and very near to the important landmarks. The rooms were clean and organized. Never had a delay in anything we asked. Very responsive staff. We will definitely choose this hotel the next time as well

Wonderful service right from the usher at the gate to the reception to the room and then the restaurant. It’s so difficult to sustain good service but this place is just up there in service, taste of food, ambience, rooms at al. Congratulations and a must stay at place in Mysuru !!! The Pai Vista Hotel has been perfect for us. We really needed a rest after travelling by minibus and car in South India for four weeks. The location is good for ***y key attractions in Mysuru, which are easy to reach by auto rickshaw. The hotel has the feeling of being well ***aged. Reception staff were welcoming and well organised. The room is spacious and has been very well cleaned every day by friendly and efficient staff. There is plenty of hot water, soap, toilet paper and clean towels. The laundry service is very good. The pool area is nice. We had a problem with WiFi but someone came very quickly to sort it out. The 4th Floor restaurant Andhra Ruchulu is excellent. A wide variety of options freshly cooked, served hot and very well presented. Waiters are all knowledgeable about the menu and have been friendly and efficient. All staff we've seen or spoken to appeared to enjoy their work and the teamwork was better than anywhere else we've been. If you're looking for a friendly, well ***aged, clean hotel with a really good restaurant in Mysuru, then The Pai Vista would be an excellent choice!

Very much enjoyed our 6 night stay. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed was large and we slept well. Shower was good, with plenty of hot water. Great job each day of cleaning the room too. The reception staff were always happy and welcoming. The breakfast was good, even for 6 days, the omelette and masala dosas were cooked to order and tasty. Juice, fresh fruit, masala chai, fresh coffee, toast, eggs, cereals, plus the local offerings, idly, raita, chana, puri, sambar etc. The pool was good, although only 4 sunbeds, 2 of which were broken. And we found it odd to walk through the nice restaurant to access the pool! We walked to a number of different restaurants and also to the Palace and ***y other sights of interest. All in all a great stay, and if we return to Mysore, we would stay here.
