Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

I've stopped here many times since it's close to my business trip, but this time I used the public bath and sauna for the first time. It was so comfortable that I regret not going through all the trouble until now.

Booked a hotel for one night in Nagoya. I can only say that for the price, I didn’t expect much. The facilities can be said to be quite old, but you still need to use a key to open the door. However, I did not expect that there is a sink and microwave. The hygiene of Japanese hotels is pretty good, but what I'm most dissatisfied with is the damp, moldy smell that makes me feel a bit uncomfortable when I enter the room. In terms of service, they are still very enthusiastic, but English is really difficult to speak.

I used it for the first time. The room had a standard single/semi-double bed, but the size of the room and bed were comfortable. There is only one elevator and there are not many types of breakfast, but I think the cost performance is good. I haven't used the public bath, so I would like to use it if I have a chance to visit again.

It is located a 10-15 minute walk from Nagoya Station, so it is a bit far. Also, since the hotel is located on the second floor, people with impaired legs may have difficulty entering. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and during happy hour, you could get free drinks and ice cream and take it to your room, which was nice. Although the room was large, it felt like an old facility and there were signs of renewal here and there.

Check in for the public bath. Spacious enough. There is also a sauna water bath, and the tension goes up. However, maybe it is aging, the tiles in the bathtub are peeling off. If you're not careful, you'll get hurt. Wouldn't it be nice if there was drinking water in the bathroom? The room is single, so it feels like a business. However, because the electricity is a white fluorescent lamp, it feels old-fashioned somehow. Happy hour is nice service and you can eat ice cream. I still know the time for alcohol until 20:00, but it would have been better if I could drink soft drinks longer. Breakfast doesn't look like the picture and they don't have a live kitchen. If there is a name tag at the cooking place, it may be an allergy countermeasure.

Fair cleanliness

Since I was carrying a carry-on bag, the directions to the elevator were a little confusing. (I didn't realize the front desk was on the second floor) But overall, considering the price, it was pretty good. The breakfast is more satisfying than I expected, and it's pretty good value for money. I would like to use it next time if there is a training in a similar place.
