I had never stayed at this type of hotel before, but I gave it a try since it was close to my workplace. It turned out to be the right choice. The room was larger than a small business hotel, the bed was big, coffee and tea were provided, and there was a microwave and a kettle, so there was no inconvenience. There was an Aeon Mall and supermarket nearby, so shopping was easy. I had to call the front desk when I went out, but they responded immediately, so it was not an inconvenience. The room was on the JR tracks side, so the sound of the trains running at night and in the morning was a bit annoying, but I got used to it.

It's been a while since I've stayed at a love hotel and it was great.
The room was spacious and comfortable, so I was able to relax.
I didn't have a car so it was a bit of a walk from the station, but it wasn't a problem, and there's a 24-hour Aeon Town next door, so it was convenient.

1.Относительно близко к станции, минут 12-15 пешком. Но тут, скорее, особенность самого района, не очень много транспорта для передвижения.
2.Сам отель - это лаф-отель (кто понимает, что это такое). Но не смотря на это, он прекрасно подойдёт для обычного путешественника.
3.Прекрасная звукоизоляция
4.Большой выбор блюд и напитков для тех, кто не хочет выходить из номера
5.Ванна-джакуззи
6.Большой ТВ с кучей программ, в т.ч. и для взрослых
7.Хорошая кровать, чистое бельё, много вариантов освещения
8.Просторный номер (в разы больше, чем во всех отелях Японии)
9.Для пар - есть парочка занятных штучек + можно дозаказать.
10. В общем, шикарный вариант для размещения по соотношению цена-качество
Минусы:
1.Линия жд продоходит в 50-60 метрах от отеля, и проезжающие поезда слышно хорошо. Но спать или смотреть ТВ не мешает абсолютно
2.Выбор коктейлей - маловат
