Family friendly The castle nearby completely destroyed. No upgraded room available for my 4 persons family.

空調操作について ①部屋が寒いので操作方法を確認するとまったく誤った操作方法を教えられ、部屋をさらに冷やすことになった。 ②他のスタッフに再度確認すると、全体空調を確認するのでお待ちください、とそのまま放置。 ③再度確認すると、全体空調なので部屋は暖められないとのこと。 この間で家族全員風邪をひき大晦日、正月と高熱で部屋から出られなくなった。 サイトにはルームサービスありと記載があるが、ルームサービスは基本なし。レストランに行くわけにもいかないので事情を伝えたが、レストランからの配膳はできないの一点張りで、年末年始、食事もできずに部屋で過ごした。 やっとの休暇でスイートルームに宿泊したのに酷い仕打ちを受けた。お詫びに1500円のバナナブレッドのプレゼントで済まそうとされたのも腹がたった。 人手不足とはいえ、ここのヒルトンはヒルトンを名乗るべきではない、最低のサービスだった。 清掃の人もいないのかチェックインの時間になっても入室できなかった。 体調復活後、ホテル内レストランに行ったが、ここも質の低いサービスで驚いた。 ①を説明したスタッフは誰か知らないが、なぜありもしない暖房操作を説明したのか、本当に頭にくる。せっかくの休暇を返してほしい。 翌日からの北谷ヒルトンは最高のおもてなしだった。 ダブルツリー那覇首里城は直ちにサービスを見直すか閉鎖してほしい。ゲストハウスの方が心あるサービスが期待できる。 日本人として、本当に情けない気持ちになった。

スタッフの方の対応がよかったです。今回は歩行器を使用している父が一緒でした。朝食の際には、お席の配慮、お料理を取る時にも手伝ってくれたり、何気ない気遣いをしてくださり、とてもありがたかったです。スタッフの方の立ち振る舞いは、素晴らしく、見ていて気持ちがよかったです。 お部屋の空調は、冷房だけだったので、少し涼しくて、エアコンは切って過ごしていました。

良い滞在になりました！

You don't pay for parking when you eat, but why do you pay when you stay overnight? ? The parking lot was spacious and deserted. I would like a service bottle of water in the room. It would be nice to have a beer vending machine. Because there is no convenience store nearby.

朝飯が美味しかった。 部屋も広くて過ごしやすかった。

If you drive by yourself, you need to pay for the parking lot. The breakfast style is not much but very delicious. Stayed for two nights and the breakfast style has not changed.

I received a warm cookie upon arrival! It was really delicious There was an outdoor pool, so I will use it next time in the summer! !

Room excellent and clean but customer services 👎 we got to the check-in at 1 am and at the time of leaving we asked for a late checkout and we were told to pay 1000.00 yen per late checkout hour, which I think was unfair…

景色が素晴らしいホテルでした

I guess it's a harsh evaluation considering it's a long-established store and location.

The staff were also very kind and helpful. I was a little concerned that the card case from my stay in August had fallen under the bed.

I love the meal. It’s conveniently close to Shuri Castle.

I was grateful that I was assigned a room with an additional bed (single). However, it was uncomfortable to use the bathroom because there was a persistent mildew smell in the bathroom. I wanted to change my room, but Just used it.
