Shima Onsen Tsuruya

The customer service was very pleasant. It was great to see Mr. Nakai enjoying his work. We also heard about Tsuruya's renovation plans. The water temperature in the private bath was a little low.

First of all, I am glad that I came here for the first time because of the smiles and cheerful attitude of the employees.I came here to take a break after being stressed out at work, so I met everyone with lovely smiles and a clean and well-maintained environment. Thank you very much for the room and facilities.I was able to fully enjoy the private bath without having to wait, and I thoroughly enjoyed the bath in the room. I liked the perfect balance between the outside air and the hot springs, so I was able to relax in the bath. When I ordered my meal at 5:30 pm, the weather was perfect even if I opened the window a little, so I didn't have to turn on the TV and could only enjoy the clear air and the sounds of nature such as the murmuring of the Hiwami River. I was healed. However, I was concerned that the miso soup for breakfast was a little lukewarm. LOL, but overall it was a wonderful inn that I would like to visit again. Thanks to you, I will be able to work hard again from today. thank you very much! Thank you again.

This was my second stay. The last time was in June, in the "Tsuru" room. This time I went to ``Forest''.I enjoyed the quality and temperature of the spring water in the room. Furthermore, the private open-air bath ``Shika nozoki no Yu'' was so relaxing that it would be a shame to enjoy it alone. ♨️♨️This is a nice inn, and the food is also great. Delicious things about white rice! The soba that comes out at the end is also very delicious. When you eat it with corn tempura, the flavor will fill your mouth. This is an inn that I would like to visit again during the autumn leaves season. looking forward to it.

The food was disappointing. I'm not a big eater, but as other people have written, I don't eat much either. The main dish is lettuce shabu-shabu, but the meat is 3 pieces of Yamato pork per person. Beef is an additional charge. You don't have to use high-end ingredients, but it also doesn't feel homemade. If you want ice, there will be an additional charge. This was the first time I had such a sad meal at a hotel that costs more than 25,000 yen per person per night. It says that there is a free drink service in the private bath, but it is only water with lemon. Also, early check-in and late check-out will be charged a fee. I was surprised that even if a late check-out was unavoidable, they would also allow an early check-in. If you arrive early, there won't be much around, so be careful if you want to save money. Even though they spend so much money, I got the impression that they don't spend a lot of money on cooking, rather than it being a problem with the head chef. The rooms are large, but the bathroom in the room we stayed in had a window that opened high up. This allows insects to enter as much as you like. I can't open the window because I can see the cars in the parking lot when I open it. The room was spacious, the toilet and shower booth seemed expensive, and the hot springs were nice, so it was very disappointing.

While spending a quiet time, you can slowly enjoy the hot springs in the great outdoors. The food is delicious and I am very satisfied. The number of hot springs is large compared to the number of guests, so it is perfect for refreshing. It's perfect for a so-called self-discovery trip!

2024年の新緑の頃にお世話になりました 風の間に宿泊 この時期だからなのか、森の中のホテルにしては虫がほとんどいない 部屋も思っていたより使いやすいくお風呂も良かった、温度は少し高め 接客も心地良い感じでした いろんなところが改装中で新築の香りがしました 夕食の料理も工夫してあり美味しい 瓶ビールと日本酒小瓶追加 追加の料理牛のたたきも良かった 貸切お風呂で一杯やりながら浸かりたかったけど そのような設備やサービスはなかった 部屋の内湯でする場合、冷蔵庫付属品は有料(普通のホテル並のお値段) 持ち込みのお酒は追加料金・ら・し・い クラフトビールや地酒も美味しい 温泉は透明で匂いも無く入りやすく長湯になりました 5月21日に四万の甌穴郡のｋｉｓｅｋｉカフェ付近に系列の蕎麦屋が出来るそうで、帰りによってみたら残念ながら新規オープン前の準備で忙しそうでした お店のデザインもカッコいい、滝の音も気持ちいい 今度行く機会があれば寄りたいと思います 近くにちょっとした観光出来るところが多くあって、和洋食美味しそうな店もあり、これからも増えていきそうなので頑張っている温泉地だと思います 今度は冬の時期に行きたい

まずは部屋と寝室の広さに感動しました。ベランダも各部屋に配置され、窓が多いため全体が明るく快適でした。近代的に改装されていて好印象を受けました。 　残念だったのは、露天風呂が広くて良かったのですが、浴槽が広いけれど浅いため、仰向けに沈まないと体全体が湯に浸からなかったです。そのため長い時間湯に浸かれなかったため、温泉が余り楽しめなかったのが、玉にキズでした。 でも、リピートは決定です！お世話になりました。

期待を込めて敢えて 食事処の窓の外、芝生が根付いてないのは仕方ないとして、窓際外のコンクリートが剥き出しになっている。 月の部屋、デッキの手摺りが所々壊れている、せめて垂れ下がっている木材を片付けては？ 露天風呂のガラス扉が無くなっている。 お香たて、前の方が使った残りがそのまま。 部屋の露天風呂、檜風のフリントが施されたプラスティックの桶が哀しい。 部屋入口、キーホルダー、など月のロゴが統一されていない。 細かい事ですが、料金を考慮すると気分が下がり満足感が損なわれました。 改装前の方がその点では良かった様に感じます。 食事、接客はとても良かったです。 機会があればまたお世話になりたいと考えています。
