酒店設施一般，所住房間噪音大，無法休息，半夜三更反饋前台後，個別服務人員態度惡劣，與旅客發生口角，並動手推搡老年旅客。雖在派出所協調下達成和解，但為春節出行留下了很差的感受。絕不會再去此酒店！
