Tianluokeng No.1 Guesthouse

The room is well-equipped, comfortable, and bright. It's very close to Sichuan Cuisine Restaurant, and the observation deck is just a short walk up the stairs behind the room, which is very convenient. The service is attentive, too. Thumbs up!👍 The environment is beautiful, quiet, and cozy. The best part is the delicious food cooked by the owner, which made me really happy.

Highly Recommended! 1. The owner and his family live right here. This is their ancestral home, a genuine guesthouse that's been operating for 32 years, passed down from his parents' generation. 2. Pet-friendly! 3. I stumbled upon a true gem of a guesthouse owner, and the more we talked, the more surprised I was: * **Local Bigwig:** He's a native, everyone in the village is family, a true social butterfly of Tianluokeng. * **Master Chef:** His cooking skills are superb! We tried 6 dishes from his menu, and each one was a delightful surprise, absolutely delicious. * **Pro Driver:** Literally! His driving skills are top-notch. The mountain roads to the Tulou have incredibly sharp turns, and as you drive along, you'll witness a true 'Initial D' style driver. * **Photographer:** After traveling all over China's famous mountains and rivers, he's settled down in the countryside. He uses an old-school Canon 5D Mark IV and his work is on par with seasoned pros – colors, composition, and artistic vision are all spot on (he rarely takes commissions, but his sister has a photography studio). * **Tea Plantation Owner:** A true local magnate. * **Former Journalist & Engineering Graduate:** He even holds Level 1 and Level 2 construction certificates. * **Can Host International Guests:** He's capable of hosting European and North American visitors. * **Hobbies:** In his free time, he fishes and forages for winter bamboo shoots in the mountains. **Conclusion:** This was a wonderful Tulou trip, thanks to an incredibly valuable guesthouse owner. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Five-star recommendation!

This hotel is located right within the scenic area, next door to the Tulou, and with stairs leading directly to the observation deck nearby—super convenient! The father and son owners are wonderful; they helped us with our luggage, and their cooking is delicious. We ended up having dinner there every night. Sitting in the courtyard chatting at night was so relaxing and pleasant.

This B&B is located right within the Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster, making it super convenient to drive to the Tulou King, Changyu Tulou, and the Tianluokeng Tulou viewpoint. At night, you can even walk up to the viewpoint to see the amazing night view of the Tianluokeng Tulou (also known as 'Four Dishes and One Soup'). The host was incredibly warm and helpful, and the farmhouse-style meals they cooked were delicious. Overall, a fantastic trip!

We booked three rooms for five people for one night. The guesthouse's location is fantastic, right next to the 'Four Dishes and One Soup' Tulou. You can easily access the viewing platform nearby to see the night scenery, which is very convenient! The owner and his son were incredibly hospitable. The owner's son even drove his motorcycle to the parking lot to pick us up. He's also an excellent cook! In the morning, as we were leaving, the owner helped us carry our luggage to the car. Thank you!

This guesthouse boasts an excellent location right next to Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster. There's a staircase nearby that leads directly to the observation deck, and you can also easily walk down to explore the cluster itself. The rooms are quite basic, but the owner Awei and his family are incredibly warm and welcoming. They even helped with our luggage, and the food they cooked was delicious.
