Elevator out of service and it was not mentioned on the site. 4 stairs on foot is painful

Propre confortable

First of all, they catch you at the entrance to pay at the machine, so they will give you a code to enter and there is no solution. Upon entering we saw a run-down, dirty hotel (it is true that they are undergoing construction, but they do not warn about it and of course cleaning is not incompatible with the works). Bathroom without hair dryer, room with dirty curtains and deplorable walls. They do not change towels or sheets, you must complain... and very important do not forget a single pin above the bed because company policy, That's what they say, they don't make your room for you 😬. Breakfast is monothematic, not a variety of fresh fruit, not sausages, it was an ABC, bacon, scrambled eggs and very unappetizing sausages. There is dust in the rooms to stop a train, they don't clean bathrooms, hair that you leave hair that you find 🤔 in short, nothing recommendable. It's a shame because our experience with this chain so far has been good... I won't return. And by the way, since 10 00, the pica pica of the work do not stop until 18:00, a joy

Following my 2-night stay at the beginning of June 2022, at the B&B Hotel de Nantes Centre, I forgot my charger (AND I'M SURE I HAVE FORGOTTEN IT IN MY ROOM) The hotel, which I contacted afterwards, m said nothing was found after I came to my room. And no matter what, they weren't in the habit of returning lost items (even if the customer pays the shipping costs) This really pissed me off because it was a brand new charger... Besides, the sink had no stopper and had a gaping hole (same in my mother's room next door). The Ibis Budget hotels, in the same price category, are much better and much better in their relationship with the customer. On good terms...

Very welcoming, super friendly staff. The rooms are okay but a few items are missing (hair dryer, storage in the bathroom). Not enough space reserved for the hotel in the car park. The really extra breakfast, all you can eat and super good (fresh product…)

Room booked by our internal travel agency as part of a professional training week. A shame... tiny, dirty and dusty room. The sheets were stained, the curtains studded with holes, the bedside lamps rusty and without switches, the bathroom patched up and the shower clogged when I arrived. No hair dryer... The ones that I was offered at reception (there are 2 of them) are of your choice: year 1984 for one, more modern but covered in grime for the other! Finally, I am a smoker, and yet I was disgusted by the smell of tobacco that floats on the landing permanently. In short, clearly a scam for the price paid!

We had a great weekend (4 days) in Nantes without worrying about logistics. Once you have retrieved your room code, all the "doors" open. The room is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful. The garage (6€ days) is an essential luxury in a city where parking is overpriced, often far away and rare.
