This hotel has a good location. I stayed in the resort hotel opposite it two years ago, so I like it very much. Although it is not in the most concentrated tourist area, it is still very convenient. The facilities are also good, the rooms are spacious, the front desk is friendly, and of course the price is not cheap.

in p it was excellent, only one important thing for the quantum! we lived 6 nights in this hotel and only once they cleaned our room and it was very poorly cleaned, the floors were not washed, the shower and toilet were not washed. I doubt it or the bed linen has been changed

First of all they gave us wrong reservation. We paid for unit with stuff in it but they said Orbits is not correct in their representation. We had to pay $400 extra in order to get what we paid originally. They never cared about whatever we try to explain them. For so many times being in my way this was the worst. I know Orbits also does not care about it. ☹️

Close to beach, walking to many shops. Always someone friendly at the desk. Quiet and comfy room

Staff are amazing & so nice, waterfalls are amazing, lots to do within walking distance including the beach, price is reasonable, it's quiet compared to the big resorts on the beach. Love it here!

There were loungers around the very small pool, but they got sopping wet each time it rained. Room was represented to have a washer/ dryer and a lanai. Neither was present. There were tiny flies / bugs all over the kitchenette counter- hundreds of them. Room was cleaned three times during our 15 day stay. Maids were very nice when seen. There isn’t much in close walking distance. Small Window looked out on parking lot.

It was quite, near the beach, room was okay the only thing that we did not like that it didn’t had a stove.

It is a good place to stay on a budget. What added to the attraction of this property is their jacuzzi.

A good more affordable alternative to the expensive ocean-view hotels. Right on the Bus line to better beaches and historical Lahaina. I with there had been more than the one narrow window for more daylight in the room.

Pleasant front desk staff, charming architecture, big rooms, laundry, nice pool and jacuzzi, we will be back!

The property is nice and if you have a forward facing view, you can see the beach from the balcony. I had a one bedroom condo. It was really nice and clean. There's an adjoining room for those with large families or groups of people. I can walk across the street to the beach with black sand, which is different from other parts of the island! There's a restaurant across the street that has great food as well! Unfortunately, the door between the two condos is paper thin! So, you can clearly hear the other party! We had a discontented toddler next door. And when he cried it sounded like he was in our condo!

Good if you’re just looking for a place to sleep! We drove to beaches etc everyday and literally only slept here and it was fine! Pool is small but still nice.

Even though this is an older property, it was well maintained and very clean. I especially appreciated the front desk accommodating our family checking in earlier than 3:00. And, when the TV in our bedroom was not working, they were very prompt in sending someone up to fix it. Overall, a very good vacation.

We needed a place for a couple extra days in Maui, wish we would have spent the entire time here. Very chill, great pool, super clean, as friendly as you can find.
