This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in at a great rate. It is like a small one bedroom condo with dishes and unlimited k cups and cream. Quiet and excellent air conditioning. Close enough to the beach on Marco island and a free shuttle to the pier and close beaches with complimentary beach chair towels and a big sun umbrella. It started to rain so we called the shuttle and it appeared in less than ten minutes. Can’t wait to get back there next year.

They take care of all concerns. The hotel is clean. The king suites are a great size. The location is perfect. The breakfast is wonderful I can’t wait to go back next year!

Clean room and confortable bed. Friendly staff. Check in is until 11 pm. There was no breakfast due to covid-19. We didnt use the pool but it looks nice and clean. There is an ice machine. The hotel is very close to beautiful beaches. In general it was a pleasant experience. This is the 2nd time in this hotel and we will come back.

The location of the hotel is superior, just on the bustling Fifth Avenue, it is very convenient to travel. The Green Olive Italian restaurant next to the hotel is great and super affordable. A beautiful, cared for small but perfectly formed hotel. We're currently travelling around Florida and staying in a variety of accommodation at about the same price. Lemon Tree Inn wins hands down and it has been my absolute favourite. We had an enclosed porch overlooking the garden, which was great. Every room has a seating area outside the room, which is a highlight. The pool was clean and gloriously warm. We took advantage of the coin operated laundry facilities and bikes. The room was air conditioned, spacious with a queen sized comfortable bed (other rooms have kings and some have more than one bed) and contained fridge/freezer, microwave etc (check website/booking site for all amenities and facilities). Bathroom was immaculate, everything was clean as were the linen and towels. The hotel provides pool towels, which were large and cosy. Breakfast, served by the pool, was sufficient and ample (the coffee was great). Location is fantastic, everything is about 10-15 mins walk. Essentials are also within close proximity with CVS on one side and 7/11 on the other. Free parking. I was here for 2 nights, would have loved to stay longer, I had two of the best nights sleep on my trip. All the staff we met were delightful, very happy to help and it felt as though there was a real team approach to ensuring high standards. Would have no hesitation in visiting again and for longer.
