The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful with everything. We came from the airport and to find this clean and friendly place was a great way to start our vacation!

Beautiful property with a Great Breakfast. Easy to get around. Not my favorite neighborhood but very easy to get cabs.

Super quiet rooms at night. Found the rooms extremely basic with furniture for the cost we paid. Toiletries not replenished daily or crockery or glasses. We had to rinse these out our selves. Not impressed that you had to pay extra to use the spa as a resident. Though the breakfasts every morning were amazing!

Decor outdated. Room very basic Does not live up to expectations and decor for an Accor property. No orientation to room and hotel amenities on check-in. Staff at reception not very welcoming and receptive to inquiries. Would not recommend for 1st time visitors to Naples.

This really looks like a luxury hotel at an affordable price. Parking super easy with valet, and helpful front desk. The room was so nice and big with a lovely balcony. 1 thing I found not good was that I asked for ice and they didnt have any. Told me to go to the bar and it was closed. This is a simple thing to have. There is also a restaurant there and its very expensive. Not that many amenities included. But in a very bustling area, it’s a nice and comfortable stay.

Nice hotel but could be renovated to meet the M Gallery level.

Excellent stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and bed was excellent. Good variety at breakfast, only down point was coffee and bacon was not very hot on a couple of occasions.

We went there just for one night on route to see Hermganium. Naples is a dirty pit, the hotel felt safe and clean and had a gorgeous dining hall. However the minute you walked outside you felt you could be shot or robbed
