Hotel Garden is a walk of only several blocks from the main train station in Naples. Naples is intimidating to some travelers with its crazy traffic and overstated reputation for street crime. The Garden is an oasis -- quiet, lovely and comfortable, with many extras in the rooms. My room on an upper floor provided a great view of the city. Breakfast was included in the great off-season price and included meats and cheeses in addition to the usual rolls. The hotel is in good walking distance of many of Naples' best sights and attractions, including the best pizza in the world. A wonderful seafood restaurant is about a block from the hotel. Some travel writers recommend that visitors to Naples actually stay overnight in Sorrento. Why bother when you can stay at such a wonderful hotel close to the train station, with easy access to Pompeii and Herculaneum and have good access to Naples' centro storico, Spaccanapoli. Naples, once truly appreciated, is a gem, and the Garden is a good place to call home while you're there.

Hotel located a few hundred meters from the train station and the center of Naples. Friendly staff, but the building is neglected. Dirty rooms and hallways, peeling walls and ceilings. Good breakfast.

We stayed for a weekend. The staff were helpful, especially Carmine. He saved my day by recommending an excellent restaurant for dinner. In the morning, we had an excellent buffet breakfast on the terrace. Close to everything. Highly recommended.

I just got back from a week's stay at this hotel. Spacious room with a large terrace. Small wardrobe without a door. Bathroom a bit cramped. Overall, the room was fine. Breakfast was adequate. The area is quite off-putting; lots of people waiting to rob you even though the police are right there in the square. Ideal location for catching the train to get around the area, but not recommended for walking around after dark.

Excellent location, close to practically everything. The rooms and bathrooms were in terrible condition, with dirt and hair everywhere, from the floor to the shower, including the "clean" towels. The shower door didn't close, and the clogged drain caused the bathroom to flood. When we booked a double room, we expected a double bed or at least two cots properly pushed together. Instead, we were faced with two cots placed side by side that fell apart at the slightest movement. Breakfast was poor.

The rooms were dirty, especially the bed. As soon as we entered, we found dirt on the floor. The shower had black stains and the showerhead didn't work properly. The breakfast was poor, and you drink too much water. The staff was rude.

Dirty room, stained sheets, place full of dust, poor breakfast, room not cleaned at check in with leftovers from previous guests (nails, hair, open water bottle), they put us like the camped in the room you could not walk, shower full of black stains and bathroom without bidet, presence of unidentified animals that sting, CHECK THE ELEVATOR, staff not very respectful especially with young children

Hotel located near the city's central station in a strategic position if you arrive by train and also for its proximity to the metro and Circumvesuviana stations. A few meters from the historic center of Naples, 2 minutes from Via dei Tribunale. Our room on the seventh floor was comfortable, clean and with a beautiful terrace overlooking Vesuvius and the city. Very kind staff, helpful and ready to respond to our requests. A pleasant stay and an excellent quality-price ratio.

Located in the Corso Garibaldi area, near the Circumvesuviana station, this hotel proved to be very convenient for visiting Pompeii by train. The building is definitely dated, and the rooms need more maintenance, though they are still clean. The breakfast room was a bit stuffy and small, and the breakfast itself was rather disappointing. Considering the price, it was a good stay, even if the area is less than pleasant at night.

Terrible hotel, they ruined my 3-day holiday because they accused me of a broken bidet that I hadn't even used, telling me that I had to pay €100 for breaking it without any proof. When I said that my insurance covered the damage, they gave up, telling me that they wouldn't charge me anything else. Anyway, it's the second time I've come and it will be the last time I stay in this hotel. As for the staff, Federica and Gaitano are very friendly and nice, the others I can't say anything because I've never seen them, on the other hand, poor cleaning, ants on my bed. That's all for this.

We are currently guests of the structure, 80 euros were cleaned from my son's wallet, the gentleman at the reception was not even able to give us the manager's number for a possible protest, total disinterest in the situation... the episode that happened was very serious
