部屋の中の水回り（ユニットバス）が耐えがたい腐敗臭・下水臭で臭かった。部屋のWifiがなかなか使えるようにならなかった。襖に染みだらけ。畳も古い。田舎の季節労働者用の部屋のようでした。朝食も1600円取られましたが、800～1000円程度の内容だと思います。

Check-in was also good and smooth. Thanks to the large public bath, I was able to warm up slowly. Also, there were so many amenities that I was confused. The floor of the room was between boards, so it was a bit cold due to the season, which was disappointing.

The room was clean. There was a delicious small restaurant nearby, so it was convenient to be able to walk home after drinking. However, due to a boiler malfunction, there was no hot water or toilet in the morning, and there was no announcement until I checked with the front desk. Miraculously, water was available only in the communal toilet on the second floor, so I managed to do something, but I was at a loss because I couldn't get ready in the morning. When I went to the front desk, water was distributed free of charge, but they would only give it to me after I went there. It can't be helped that it's aging, but I think there could have been some countermeasures, such as directing people to affiliated hotels. I chose this hotel because I only wanted to sleep, but I regret not choosing a more proper hotel.

ツイン部屋に一人だったので、広く感じました。 フリードリンクのサーバーや、緑茶や紅茶のティーバッグも用意されていて好印象。 朝食バイキング（￥1100）のおかず等はまあまあ普通だったが、みそ汁は刻み葱を自分で椀に入れないと、具なしにの味噌汁に。 残念だったのは、ユニットバスの洗面場所に電源コンセントがなくドライヤーが使えないこと。 鏡は洗面場所にしか無く、電源コンセントがあるテーブル前の壁には鏡がないので、髪を整えることができませんでした。 フロントの方に部屋に来てもらって、電源コンセントが無いことを確認してもらいました。 そのため、施設の評価を普通（顔３つ）にしましたが、やや甘いかもしれません。

安さだけならおすすめしますが、朝食だけはまずますかな〜！

総合的に問題なし、駐車場無料がありがたい バストイレの換気扇のホコリが残念でした

駐車場が無料完備なので助かりました。少し古い部類に入るかもですが綺麗にされており一般的なビジネスホテルという感じです。

部屋、夜の音は結構うるさいね……

I went there by car, so the parking lot is free. It was preserved because it reached the destination conference hall within walking distance. The large bath is also very comfortable and has a retro atmosphere.

It is far from the station, but there is a bus stop in front of me, so I can move to Nara station smoothly. The service is average, but straightforward and just right. Besides, this is the hotel I want to stay in.

The service and room are too good for this price.
