I had a very bad experience in the place, the people who serve there are really too rude, super negligent, they do not cooperate. I made my reservation online but since I made it on the same day, they were charging me $30 more. Only because I booked it day by day, it was super bad. service they are not given to dialogue they are not given to serving the customer I definitely would not recommend it

The hotel itself seems to me to be a very high price considering that on the Internet they offer breakfast and when you arrive at the reception it is a mini reception where they tell you that because there is no more breakfast then it is misleading advertising on the internet they must Correct their advertising and they don't really have a laundry. It's just the rooms and nothing else and a reception. So it's too basic for its price.

Hotel was very close to highway which was nice because we were there to see Nashville super close the hotel manager was super nice and we even got to check in early

Please make sure trash and pot holes are taking care of. Also need phone connected and lamp lights have bulbs in them.

The hotel is right next to an interstate exit, which is conveinent but inconvenient at the same time. As such, it can also be noisy. There is some vagrant activity around the property but never felt unsafe. The room conditions were standard for a room of this price range. There was a microwave and fridge available which was great for buying our own food and heating up. The bed was older but not unbearable. The TV channels were selective, and the picture was fuzzy but again, was watchable. My only complaint would be the shower. The shower head was broken so it couldnt be positioned. On top of that, the water would not get super hot. I assume to save money the hotel didnt have their water heater set high during the non peak days (Thurs - Sun) because the water was noticeably hotter Friday and Saturday. Overall it was fine for the price and was a conveinent drive to donwtown Nashville.

All was well done except the outside noise! Room was clean and updated. Bed comfy. Just had a lot of noise throughout the night from first responder sirens, passer by’s loud taking, etc.

Construction going on but did not effect stay to bad. Towels missing first night and had to ask for towels the 2nd night

Clean, comfortable room but no coffee pot in room or lobby. No vending. TV did not work. Shower leaked onto floor.

The bathroom smelled horrible, I checked out early mostly because of it. The staff at the desk advised I be refunded for the extra night. Once ******* reached out to hotel they denied the refund
