Service was great!

Holiday Inn seems to be pretty much the same everywhere I go, so that’s why I like to choose Holiday Inn. Overall, it’s a good value for money.

The only bad part of the stay was that the hotel staff did nothing about the other guests screaming g and carrying on at 2:30am. When we called the next day to complain we were told “that is what to expect on the weekend, after all it’s like Nash-Vegas” Wouldn’t go back.

The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very nice. The evening snacks were a nice surprise. The location of the hotel was great. We would definitely stay again. Negatives- no indoor pool and seemed like staff forgot to stock towels, blow dryer was missing. But these were fixed right away.

It was OK nothing special at all. No bellhops and guest services were very rude when you called downstairs…

I was driving to California from Vermont and wanted to see Tennessee. All was friendly and great until I needed to get into my car, they Valet, and have a parking structure on the ground level- very safe. Well when I went to go get my keys there wasn’t anyone around and the key stash was unlocked. I grabbed my keys and another gentlemen who was waiting while for the valet grabbed his too. I was yelled at for grabbing my keys, not stopped and I explained ya it isn’t very safe that should be locked ! The next morning the valet repermanded me again for it saying actions have consequences or something dumb. I wouldn’t stay again for that uncomfortableness with the security of our vehicles and rudeness for their mistake.

The staff was awesome. They provided helpful information. They allowed for early check in and late check out. The entertainment was a bonus.

We liked being close to walk to downtown Broadway and the music in the lobby with snacks was great. Our room had a musty smell and cobwebs in the room. It clearly could use some extra attention and a little love. I have this hotel booked again in June but am contemplating somewhere else because of this.

Loved having the happy hour and breakfast available. Elevator situation could be improved

Liked the location. Easy to walk to what we wanted to see and do. Staff was fantastic

Our stay at the Holiday Inn express was so wonderful. We plan on going back next year and staying there. It was near everything we wanted to do. People were friendly the service was great

Upon checking in we found a hole in the middle of our sheets surrounded by large yellow stain. We asked to move rooms because we didn't want to sleep in that bad and they said they would just change the sheets. We went to take a shower and the towels were stained so we had to request new towels. After calling the front desk we waited 2 hours and still no towels. I had to go find my own towels. The next day needed more towels and called to front desk and after an hour called back because still no towels and no cleaning people in the hall to get towels from. There was a large white stain of who knows what on the large blue wall in the room. Water was leaking in from around the window and puddling over the air conditioner which made it very unsafe and a fire hazard. On our checkout there was large amount of dried blood around the elevator area which obviously had been there a while and nobody cleaned it up.

Rooms were clean and mattresses were comfortable. Nice breakfast bar. Great evening appetizers with live music. Only complaint was valet service. Two old ladies and not the slightest gesture to help with bags.

Could hear everthing from the passing cars to the shouting from the street… might want to invest in better windows
