Hotel manager & front desk are very attentive and helpful! I and my sisters brought 4 big luggages. It’s raining and we ordered a taxi. Driver won’t come down to help us carry our luggages, the hotel manager and front desk staff went out in the rain just to help us with the luggages without being asked.

We truly enjoyed our wonderful stay at Magnotel Classic. The smart bidet is a great feature, especially for Muslim travelers. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location is strategic for shoppers.

The hotel was well located according to my needs quite central. The staff was very lovely and I had a personal issue on the very first day and they tried their best to help me even though I inconvenienced them. We communicated through WeChat and the effort was appreciated. The room is a bit small but beautiful, well decorated and clean and I also had daily cleaning. The room had no bad smell and was really a non-smoking room with no residual smells, this was very important to me as I have a sinus issue and need fresh air. Also a comfortable big bed and a desk with all the tea & coffee amenities and free bottled water every day. I was lucky enough to be at the end on the 5th floor, so it was also relatively quiet. I would recommend and if I find myself here again I would book again.

the hotel is really clean and tidy, which for me was really important.. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom very well equipped both for shower and for bathroom accessories. I highly recommend it!
