Location is good as well as a large shopping mall SEARS on the opposite side just takes walking around 8 minutes. Simple and clean, and RF is a restaurant in case you don't want to take ride to the downtown.

Hotel is in a nice quiet area of satélite, conveniently located right in front of a mayor shopping center just about a 3 block walk. There plenty of food options too

Good accommodations for a reasonable price. Cleaning services are outstanding. Conveniently close to the underground passage to Plaza Satélite.

It's located conveniently by Plaza Satelite. You can walk through a tunnel with food vendors to get there (daylight); don't do it at night since that's generally a bad idea in any city of this size. Breakfast included, it was good. The cappuccinos are decent, the valet parking is very affordable, and the Oxxo (convenience store) on the first floor of the building is very convenient. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, especially if you go to Plaza Satelite. Staff were nice, it was a great value.

Very convenient location wise, excellent service by staff and the room was clean and in great condition.

Staff charged me for laundry service even though they never told me it has a cost. I asked several times if there was anything u needed to know and they still placed the blame on me. They promised to reach back to me and nothing.

I do not recommend this hotel. Service is horrible. The rooms are small, no mini bar, no storage. Stinky, noisy. Breakfast was horrible as well. There isnt one thing I liked

So happy staying one more time in this hotel. Clean, safe, and hotel staff with excellent customer service attention. I can give it five stars.
