The king bed I was given looked comfy enough but the minute I laid down it was like sleeping on a couple blankets stacked on top of each other. There was no support at all, I got no sleep during my stay. And no matter the hour, the staff guests would slam doors and yell down the hall constantly. So sleeping in was not even remotely close to an option

The location of this hotel was super convenient. The lobby area was very inviting. The room was a little small, but fully functional. Staff was super friendly.

Super fint hotel, MEGET rent. Værelset var ikke så stort men funktionelt. Rigtig New York værelse ligger centralt i forhold til Time Square, metro og seværdigheder. Hurtig og imødekommen personale.

The hotel in Koreatown was decent overall. Koreatown itself is lively and fun, but the bathrooms could have been cleaner. However, considering the price and location in New York City, it was acceptable. staff were lovely too

Rooms are very small. Low quality bedding. Nightclub located near the hotel that will keep you up all night. Had to switch rooms because the TV needed to be replaced. TV remote batteries corroded in new room. Would NOT recommend staying here.

The room was acceptable but was quite small. One poor experience was waiting to use the elevator in the evening. Many people waiting and only one lift in service. When it was finally our turn a service employee barged past us with his large trash can and left no space for other passengers

Perfect location… roof top at night has amazing view of Empire State Building … so many shop and affordable food choices … karaoke everywhere… easy walk to Times Square and Madison Square Gardens…. Many subway entrances … superior customer service

Awesome hotel - perfect location for Broadway/Times Sq/midtown. Huge room, great bed, very clean and great value. Only downside was the luggage room filled up on our final day so we couldn't leave our bags during the day. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

I didn’t find any issue staying here apart from the AC that made a lot of noise even when the tried fixing it. The people are friendly, the room was clean and it’s very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Affordable, clean accommodations. Easy access to transportation or walking distance to many great areas. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No view, but that's why you get out and walk around. Great area to explore for food, with a market and pharmacy on the same block. Quiet and the bed was really comfortable (and I say that as someone with back/body issues). Room wasn't even as small as other NYC hotels. Definitely go to Grace Street next door! Would definitely stay again.
