This was an excellent property. The studio was spacious, great kitchen with essentials, checkin and checkout were seamless. The app chat was awesome - they were very responsive with any need we had. We had an abundance of towels and if there were any questions, etc. they were very prompt to reply. The area is a little noisy, but they also provided ear plugs but you really did not notice the noise all that much. The area is great and never ever a wait for an elevator. Property was well maintained. Will definitely stay here again !!

While this property was clean and spacious enough for our party of 4 (2 adults, one teen, one kids) there were some issues with the space that you would not be able to see in photos. For instance, the shower was probably the worst shower I have experienced at a hotel, except for a campsite. Water didn’t flow out of the shower head, it sort of sputtered. Also the heating/cooling system was so loud that it impacted all of our sleep, and I was wearing fancy, expensive earplugs. There are also other small maintenance things that need to be done, like the toilet paper holder falling off the wall. (The one ply toilet paper didn’t help either.) Overall, not a terrible stay but I also wouldn’t come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt safe in the area and the rooms and lobby were very clean

Very nicely decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment looked really nice and clean. Sofa bed a bit dated and not the most confortable as looks as if it needs to be fixed. Nice bedroom. Gym and courtesy room beautifully decorated . By memorial 9/11 and underground. Shops and restaurants around. I would come back!

Mostly a great stay thank you. Great location. Noisy till wee hours at night but nothing you can do about that I suppose. Gym was great. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The only concern was that I was told twice that there would be an extra bed in the closet but there wasn’t - seemed to be a disconnect between off-property 800# reps and on-property staff. Felt like a bait and switch at first or could’ve been honest misunderstanding but was rude awakening for sure. Overall though great stay other than that

The room was perfect, clean & spacious. The location was great too, so many food spots & the subway entrances were very close. The sonder app made everything extremely easy, we never even used the front desk.

They didn’t honor a previously confirmed email that we would be staying in the same room. We had to check out and check in again. We waited a day packing and unpacking and talking to customer support who wasn’t able to find a solution for us other than switch rooms. It was so inconvenient especially since we had the same room type and were traveling with a baby.

Photos and room were nothing alike. Room had cheap furniture, patches on walls, worn out flooring and overall incredibly depressing. Super loud fan/machinery noise made sleeping very difficult.

Great location and reasonable prices. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

I was a little nervous about the contactless check in, but it all went smoothly. I would suggest filling out all you can early and not wait. You will receive the code a few days prior and then you’re ready to just show up at the hotel. The space was clean and furnished with everything you would need if you were visiting long enough to grocery shop and cook. Location was great to walk to main tourist site as or take the subway. It is a big city and is noisy, so that takes getting used to. Definitely will look for a this propery in other cities.

My very first day of arrival, the sink in the bathroom wasn’t working properly. I reached out to them and inform them of the situation, it took 2 days to finally get in resolved. I had to keep asking for towels because they don’t clean your room unless you pay for it. I received attitudes when they finally delivered my towels by ringing the bell at my door and throwing my towels at the door. This was the worse experience ever!!! I will never stay at this hotel again

The size and kitchen was fantastic. The AC units can be a bit loud during the night but very minor compared to the benefits.

Interesting older building.Did not enjoy the construction but we were forwarded,thanks All was good.
