Location is convenient, easy to call Grab, 1 min walk to Landmark 81. Restaurants and shops are nearby, walkable area. Wish room can be cleaner, found few shoes prints on the floor which we have to wipe them off by ourselves, assume it’s from their staff while they got into our room after we texted them asking for another blanket. According to the email before check-in, it says there will be house cleaning every 3 days, but there’s no house cleaning during the 6 days we stayed. Not match the service they mentioned in email.

We booked for fifteen days, but after only five days, we couldn't stay anymore and couldn't stay. The sheets were not clean, my son suffered from allergies while sleeping, and the sheets were not changed even when asked. The swimming pool downstairs was not usable, and the air conditioning was not effective. It was a very bad experience. Reservations are not recommended. The mobile customer service attitude is pretty good.

Last year, when I reserved the same apartment through another site, I received a deposit from the company upon check-in, but this time, it was all done non-face-to-face, and it was convenient because the apartment access card was in the mailbox on the first floor, so I just had to take it. Room cleaning and towels were changed once every two days, and only two bottles of water were given upon first check-in. I requested more, but they said they would only give it the first time, so I bought it at a convenience store. The overall facilities were not bad, but it was a bit far from District 1, so I always used Grab Taxi when traveling.
