Everything was perfect.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and when I called for extra towels they were quick and accommodating. Parking prices at the site are extremely high and prepare to wait 40 mins for your car to be brought back to you. My room was comfortable but the bathroom shower knob was so hard to turn on and off I would have someone assist me so that should be corrected. All in all nice stay outside of the construction taking place and the hotel smells amazing.

The breakfast wasnt included but my emails from ******* said it would be. Waisted 30 minutes chatting with the front desk trying to figure it out.

Throw away your laptop, as there's no counter or desk or any surface for it. No chair in your room! No coffee maker in your room. If you need a hot drink in a freezing day in NYC at mid-night. You have to dress up and get out! Be prepared to be treated with cold rudeness if have breakfast there. You might be left in the middle abandoned, waiting way too long with no one asks you what you need, while watching the beautiful waitress talking with her selective customers lengthy and passionately. I don't know her preferences, good luck to you if you go. I skipped my next day paid breakfast as I feel disgusting to watch this kind of show.

The place was food but the food was quite overpriced and not that good

Stayed here with 2 kids. It was conveniently located. Staff was kind and helpful always. The bathroom was clean and fully stoked with toiletries. The room was small and decently clean. The small store and bar are convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and the front desk people id amazing, polite and diligent

It was a lovely place to stay! Just wouldn’t recommend walking around the area at night.
