The biggest advantage is that it is spacious. In this location in the city center, the room can still open six 28-inch boxes on the ground. However, the facilities are relatively average. There is no central control panel for the lights and they must be turned on and off one by one. Even if you spend more money to buy a more expensive room type, there is no view outside the window. There are only two hot dishes for breakfast, and the others are mainly various breads and pastries. I went there for my honeymoon and the location was amazing!!
Bryant Park was less than a 5-minute walk away and there was a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, so it was really great.
The staff always opened the door with a smile and the front desk staff smiled and greeted me, which was really nice.
I was very satisfied and had a happy time because the room allowed me to open three large suitcases, which is rare in New York.

Some initial confusion over our room type and room request. Also some misrepresentation about services promised like private car service that did not come through. Overall a pleasant stay but definitely some room for improvement on communication

Our place was clean and I loved the comfort of the king size bed and the fact they were able to have two kings in a room was amazing. It was peaceful and i can honestly say that it was the first night in a long time I slept the entire night. I don't sleep through the night at home so this was a blessing

This hotel is chic and modern, with exceptionally helpful staff, beautiful rooms, and great services. Just a few of the high notes: closeness to Bryant Park and major subway lines, Nespresso coffee machine in the room, fast and efficient elevators, modern look throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.

Great hotel right off of Times Square. Rooms are huge for NYC and hotel is beautiful and clean with great staff!

We had such an amazing stay. The staff is very helpful and assisted us whenever we asked. It’s clean, safe, and the bar/restaurant is good. It’s a newer building so everything is in perfect condition. Will definitely be staying there again.
