Always spotlessly clean. Reception always very nice. Rooms have all you need. Comfortable and Clean. USB sockets, reading lights and lamps, Samsung 32" Smart TV compatible with with mobile phones, tablets and pc/lap. Desk with desk lamp and luggage storage along with open wardrobe and bedside drawers/unit. Large full size mirror. The Queen size bed is comfortable and has plenty of pillows/bedding. Bathroom is one of the best I have seen In hotels with modern and clean fittings. Subway tiling with chrome finish fittings, large bath with waterfall shower and over bath shower attachment for when just your hair needs washing. Huge fitted mirror with lighting and ample space for your toiletries etc. Towel rail and door hooks all complete the better than most bathroom. Towels and toiletries/hand wash/kettle and mugs, glasses, quality hangers and the attention to details all complete a good value room. The hotel flows on to the pub/ restaurant. Being Green King the food is all good. An extensive food and drinks menu. Easy and user friendly app allows ordering from your table for food and drinks. Overall the convenience of both hotel and bar with good service and good value a highly recommendable place to stay whether your here for business, leisure or just a night or two r&r The New Inn @ Green King always hits the mark. If you have breakfast with room it's served at the restaurant with hot & cold options Continental and Full English. Both perfectly presented and quality products. Parking for guests is free and input of car registration avoids any after stay fees.

I'm just about to finish my 2nd stay here, 8 days in total. The experience has been very enjoyable, all due to Angie general manager. Her drive and energy infects her staff, and I have possibly seen her sit down once. One of her staff told me how inspired they are to work hard watching her lending help whenever required. It is Unfair to name indivisible their customer service is an example for other establishments I use. However I will say Ben certainly has it nailed, and I've felt valued when he is on duty. I do hope my emplbooks me in again.

Our room needs an update. We stayed at the New Inn on 4/22/24. The room amenities were very good. However, the room walls and carpet are disgusting. If the walls are painted and the carpet is replaced it would be a place that I would recommend for one to stay.

Lovely and clean rooms ,pillows were lovely and soft .house keepers must work really hard to keep it this nice.definately go again

Hi I work in construction and left dust most days during my stay. House maids were spot on especially Mel very friendly And welcoming smile. Teas,coffee's,towels topped up and room freshened to. Will definitely stay again hate working away from home but the staff at the new inn made it alot easier for me

Went for a birthday meal with three friends. Food very poor quality. Ordered a curry but felt I just had the dregs. Service was reasonable but very disappointed overall. Other meals also very ordinary and not very warm. Didn’t complain because it was a birthday meal

Had an overnight here on a busy Friday night. Great atmosphere and very good food, decent selection of beer. Adequate room, for the price paid. The staff members were very welcoming and attentive. had an enjoyable experience all round....

We stayed here while attending a wedding staff were very welcoming. Special mention to Kian who was really helpful nothing was to much trouble. Hotel even happy for my family, who had travelled up on the day, to change in my room for which I am thankful.

Booked this hotel as we were attending a conference at the ICC. Pleasantly surprised to how comfortable and clean the room was. We were situated on the ground floor overlooking the carpark. The pub itself wasn’t busy so we didn’t have any problems with noise from punters. Tea and coffee were supplied along with toiletries. The shower was hot and powerful and plenty of towels supplied. Good value for money and the staff were really helpful. We ate at the pub one night and the food was really good and plentiful. Would definitely recommend.
