We booked a family room with a sea view. Is a connecting room with one twin room & one king room.
Air conditioning in both rooms are warm/hot and not cooling, and one of our toilets has a bad scent, the water temperature is not stable (suddenly switch to super hot mode), and there’s an issue with floor drain as well.
Please remember to check if they provide two bottles of mineral water in the room because they charged us when they only provided one bottle on the first day (our mistake for not checking as well). In terms of location, it's about a 5-10 minute drive to Nha Trang center, and there are a few local restaurants and mini-markets around, which is very convenient. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.

We stayed for almost 10 days. The room is clean, the breakfast is very complete. I’m the rooftop there’s a small gym and a pool with a view of the beach. The location is also very good very close to the main beach in Nha Trang.

The service is very good, water, tea, coffee are replenished every day, and the room is cleaned every day. The breakfast is delicious, with about 30 dishes. The swimming pool is on the roof, not big but clean and hygienic. The sea view is half blocked by the building in front. The breakfast is very rich and the service of the staff is very good. Breakfast omelet and rice noodles are delicious.
Cleaning condition is good.

The room size is okay, but the elevator is a bit slow. I often have to wait for the elevator when I come back. It's a little bit not soundproofed.
