Reviews of Miss Sophie's Charles Bridge

Power tripped during our 2nd night(last night) stay. Problem cannot be resolved. We didn't have lights to bathe with. No candles or backup lighting for us. Didn't contact us for refund for 1 night stay as promised. Disappointing.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.

The location is great. It's close to Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, and the tram stop is right there. The room is a cute maisonette with exposed wooden beams. The only hot breakfast was eggs and sausages, and it would have been nice if they had soup on cold mornings. I stayed for 5 nights, but the food was almost the same every day. The elevator was out of order, and the reception staff was always different, some of them didn't help at all, some were friendly, and it was a bit disappointing that it varied from person to person. There was nothing special about the service, but I never got bored of watching the city with the trams coming and going from the room.

The lady at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. The room is also very nice. There is a small attic. When you open the window, you can see the lively scene outside. There are many tea bags and breakfast for free in the corridor.
