The resort is relaxing with seaside beach and pools. Room is relatively big, with bathtub and shower open concept design feeling nature with comfort. Breakfast is good with plenty of various choices different kind of foods. However, stay location is far from the airport and town center where the resort could have provided necessary transport will be appreciated.

We are an Australian couple that stayed here for 5 days. Lovely resort and facilities. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Rooms were great, spacious and clean. There is amazing views of Nha Trang city from this resort! They offer a free shuttle bus to the centre of Nha Trang at certain times which was great as there is no other shops/restaurants within a walkable distance. Taxis generally cost roughly 150,000 VND for a one way trip to the centre of town if required. The restaurant at the resort has delicious food though! They have app to download to your phone which provides information and you can order room services through. Small tip would be if they had QR code on pool side tables you could order drinks with. Currently you have to get up and go to restaurant to order, then they will bring to you. We would have spend a lot more money on drinks poolside if we didn’t have to get up each time! The staff we all friendly and all are happy to help. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with our stay here! Great place to stay for a relaxing, slow moving holiday! :)

The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Novotel is an international star hotel. I have stayed there frequently before and the quality is as good as ever. The location of the hotel is great, convenient to go everywhere; the price is also very cost-effective. The breakfast was rich, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and atmospheric. The key point is that the sea view room is so beautiful that you won’t want to leave! 🌹🌹🌹

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything.
