I booked this accomidation a year in advance. Had dialog with the hotel and got a confirmation of my booking was OK. Price for room happened to surge for my dates, so received a note that they had to cancel my booking. I find it unfair that it is not a first book first served in case of overbooking, so I am not buying that excuse.

Very friendly staff, nice big room with kitchen and everything you need, comfortable bed. Aircondition works well.

Bath was dirty with mold everywhere, there were lots of hairs inside of the jacuzzi system, heating system didn't work, we didn't want to stay and asked to refund but the hotelier refused it and was not polite. They promised to clean the jacuzzi but they did not do it because on weekend they have no cleaning ladies. The price of the dirty room out of the city centre is the same as the price of 4* hotel Majestic in the city centre where we left. I do not recommend this hotel.

Receptionist diurna con voce quasi flautata, quello notturno assai gentile come la ragazza addetta alle colazioni, veloce ed efficiente. Peccato che sia raggiungibile di fatto solo in auto. Stanza pulita. Ma sicuramente quando torno a Torino se sarò in auto alloggerò ancora lì.

Struttura molto carina, ma il personale è tra i peggiori che abbia mai incontrato. Al momento dell’arrivo, nessuno sorride e quasi sembra che ti facciano un fabore ad accoglierti. Chiedo il parchegguo dell’auto interno e sbuffando mi viene detto di parvheggiarla su, ma se proprio devo allora posso metterla giu La sera chiedo alla reception se c’è un bar, ma la risposta è stata “siamo in periferia” non ve ne sono di bar qua. Al mio, “volevo solo un caffe” mi viene indicata la macchinetta del caffe. Poteva esser detto gentilemente ma l’operatore ha optato diversamente. Mattino successivo, scendo per far colazione, al mio 3º buongiorno, vengo finalmente considerato… Chiedo info per il parco Valentino, e fra tentennamenti e sbuffi decidiamo di cercare anzi su google. Insomma, struttira e posizione ideali… Il personale, ahime, è quello che è..

Siamo stati in questo hotel 4 giorni in occasione di una nostra vacanza autunnale. Ci siamo trovati benissimo in tutto,sia come camera,personale,pulizia,ristorante,ma soprattutto la posizione dell’hotel era vicino a qualsiasi fermata sia di tram che pullman,ci siamo mossi tranquillamente con i mezzi per visitare la che di Torino. Hotel moderno e pulito, con camere ampie ,ben arredate e con cucina. Palestra gratuita per 1 ora il giorno, con prenotazione. Vicino al corso principale e comodo da raggiungere in auto e con l'autobus.
