I’ve really enjoyed my stay here, I have spoken Chinese but the hotel has been very comfortable to stay in and close to the night market, lake & a good base to visit scenery!

Clearly I should learn my lesson (lol). There are hotels in China that do not cater to western guests. This is definitely one of them. No room service.Attempted twice to book for a. Dinner b. Lunch. Impossible! Horrendous location. When I imagine " lake" I imagine tranquility. Not a noisy never ending cacophony. And a parade of stalls beneath my room window selling everything from plastic ice-cream to murderous snacks. BUT room was large and comfy. ( hence the 5 stars for amenities).

The hotel is situated right next to the lake, with easy access to the metro, bus station and to the water taxis. There are rickshaws outside the hotel with friendly drivers offering trips around the lake. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection. Our stay was very comfortable.

Dongqian Lake Station, the terminus of Ningbo Metro Line 4, is less than 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. It is adjacent to the Night Owl Market. The hotel's Eight Bowls restaurant is particularly good. I stayed here last year and will come again this year. I took an in-depth tour of Dongqian Lake. One visit is not enough. Year of the hotel It's a bit old, but the price is cheap. You will feel a little dizzy when you walk around each building, but it will get better with time.

酒店位於東錢湖畔，景色優美，酒店的地下停車場不對外開放，衹能停員工車輛，下雨天就不方便了。中央空調沒開，房間裏比較悶，服務員拿來電風扇，可是電扇實在太臟，不敢使用。晚餐時餐廳衹有4桌客人，先上了3個菜，一個小時後説剩餘的菜沒了，影響就餐心情。

真的是住過最差的酒店，整個酒店設施陳舊，服務員傲慢無理，放假燈控制混亂，床頭連個充電插頭都沒有，誰手機充電還要在桌子上嗎？房間設備老舊，真的是住過最差的酒店，價格還是有點貴，真的不會再選擇，酒店宣傳和實際設施差太多，門口啥也沒有，到處黑秋秋的。
