出差到北侖選擇了這家酒店，價格並不是很低，但是酒店還是有很多地方需要改善提高的。
1. 沒有自營的健身房，這麼個星級酒店，實在不應該。
2. 酒店免費給升級了行政房，但是進去看到衞生間裏的狀況還有那個發黃不能再黃的馬桶蓋，簡直不敢相信是不是走錯了地方。
3. 晚上電話客房中心要瓶水，電話第一次居然沒有人接聽。
4. 早上9點去吃早點，一眼望去，大部分的桌子都是沒有收拾的，還留着別人吃剩下的東西。
5. 做早餐的工作人員脱崗，衹留了空空的盤子和工具，等了一會也沒有人。
6. 還沒有到9:30， 工作人員就開始着着急急收餐了。
7. 房間的傢俱色調是深的咖啡色，覺得比較壓抑。
8. 酒店裡有很多其他的經營場所，人員比較複雜。
不過也有好的地方， 地理位置不錯，附近有個廣場。酒店裡有游泳池，早餐豐富，停車方便。

地理位置很好，客服人員很客氣、主動，有需求會盡力幫客人解決，很親切;出門辦事、會友、就餐、遊玩等，交通很便利，周邊配套也很齊全，很方便 我們住了好幾天，早餐雖然品種不多，但是也算中西齊全，大小餛飩、麪包、沙拉、咖啡、粥、包子、豆漿、果汁、水果等都有，能滿足不同人羣需求，而且大部分座位都有入座，可以推斷這家酒店生意不錯酒店隔壁就是對面也是商業中心，、桌球館、燒烤、餐飲店、休閑綠地等各類業態都有，非常方便

簡直太過份了，睡到半夜被蚊子弄醒，找驅蚊器發現抽屜有發黴的剩飯，打電話要服務員找驅蚊器居然酒店沒有。服務員倒是不錯，提議換一間房，換到新房還是被蚊子騷擾了一夜。這樣的五星級酒店軟硬件的配置實在是太差了！
