The experience was very pleasant. I went there with my wife and daughter along with one more couple. We enjoyed our stay pretty much. The food in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was very delicious. I wish the breakfast was a bit better. The hot spring area is amazing! With so many different hot springs it's pretty easy to find privacy with your family in friends. The room was clean and beautiful. There is an old village very close by when you can find many souvenirs and food, as well as to experience the spirit of the village walking the small streets aside from the main touristic alley. From the village you can get on a hiking trail and enjoy the beautiful nature around the lake. I will definitely visit the hotel again!

One of the few five-star hotels in Fenghua. The room is very warmly decorated and there are small snacks for free. I am satisfied. The staff are very nice and the service is enthusiastic, proactive, timely and in place. Thank you. The breakfast room is on the 35th floor. The environment is beautiful and the view is great. Open, like it👍The only regret is that I didn’t experience the water change in the swimming pool... I’ll try it again next time I have a chance. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

If you’re not needing the downtown CBD area, then this hotel isn’t for you. It’s difficult to find due to one-way streets, and all the drivers had trouble finding the entrance, which was always filled with several parked cars making it more difficult for drivers to enter/exit. The views in the room are all of other buildings across the street. However, the worst part of my experience was when the hotel disabled the air conditioning in the room in the middle of the night. When I complained, I was moved to a larger room that was literally 1 degree cooler, and an electric fan was placed in the bedroom. But between 1 and 4am, the room was sweltering, as many hotels are in smaller cities around China. I understand local brands doing this to save money, but this is an international brand. When I complained the second time, an employee told me Chinese people don’t like to sleep with the air conditioning on. I know that’s not true. Finally, the buffet breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels of the same price/category. I won’t be returning.

The breakfast staff was off duty, leaving only empty plates and tools. After waiting for a while, no one was there. 6. Before 9:30, the staff started to collect the food in a hurry. 7. The color of the furniture in the room is dark brown, which makes it feel rather depressing. 8. There are many other business premises in the hotel, and the personnel are relatively complex. But there are also good places. The location is good and there is a square nearby. The hotel has a swimming pool, rich breakfast, and convenient parking.

Location good but room a bit dirty. We got fruits for the welcome. But we discovered yogurt near the bedroom when we came back the night after diner. We asked at the reception, it was apparently the clean team who enters to let some snacks... Swimmingpool is available but there was a lot of children. They enjoyed well. A big room for team meeting and conference ! KTV rooms were available but not those days due to covid situtation.
