房子還可以，就是位置有點偏，吃飯的地方離得遠，離花明樓駕車近兩公里，酒店旺季生意應該不錯。規模還比較大。

最多衹能給一般啊，這也是違心給他們的好評。同等價錢，我在岳陽住的比他們好的多，還贈送了早餐。
設施有點糟啊，沒有停車場啊，車子衹能停車馬路邊啊，晚上睡不着啊，擔心車子被損壞啊。房間衞生間難下水啊，一洗澡腳泡在臟水裡啊。服務員到還好説話，後來給換了房啊。店家有點扣門啊，手紙解一次手就沒啦，也不象別家贈礦泉水啊。店裡無餐飲啊，陷阱也不少啊，一次性拖鞋千萬不要隨便用啊，用了要付錢啊；諮詢要小心啊，介紹親戚熟人飯店要防宰啊。

靠近馬路邊，晚上睡覺外面車流時不時一輛，緊關門窗也沒用，不過在小鎮上要求也不用太高。
酒店沒早餐，不過前台服務還是沒得説的，很棒，服務滿分
