Nice place that is super near the train station. Will need to take a bus to get to the popular spots like Hell valley, but it’s convenient since the bus stops is nearby. The room is clean and cosy. Common area is rather large as well. Breakfast is basic with bread and cereal, nothing to shout about. Great for solo travellers

Front desk attendant was very friendly and polite - please be aware that you may have to knock on the glass front door if you do not yet have your access PIN as it is often locked. Small lockers for luggage (backpack size) are available free of charge - you will either require a small padlock or purchase one for just 100yen in the machine next to the lockers. In accordance with its price, the room furnishings are of simple wooden construction but very spacious inside and have a nice natural scent of pine as you sleep 😌. Plenty of shared access amenities such as guest fridge, freezer, microwave, etc. Location is ideal as it is next to JR noboribetsu station, from which you can pay roughly ¥650 for a round trip (12 minutes each way) bus ticket to Hell valley (jigokudani). Incredible alternative to a stay in the large hotels up there for travellers on a budget, particularly as most hotels will sell access to their onsens to non-guests for around ¥2,000!

It is very close to Noboribetsu JR Station, and it takes 5 minutes to walk there after getting off the train. The boss is very enthusiastic. I checked in early and put my luggage there before going to Noboribetsu Jigokudani. I went to the Daiichi Tong Onsen Hotel to soak in the hot springs. There are buses to and from the hotel, which is very convenient. The price of the inn is more expensive during the Spring Festival, but the breakfast is great, with toast, milk and coffee☕️

Very cozy B&B, the bed is big and comfortable. The lobby is a cafe. It's beautiful to sit inside and look out at the streets outside. Although there are few restaurants nearby, there are supermarkets and convenience stores. It was a very happy two-day stay.

It was my first time to visit Noboribetsu. Checking in to the hotel was very fast. The staff was polite and explained clearly. The room was relatively quiet. The breakfast was good and included free bread, cereal, and coffee.

Not bad for a lone ranger. The B&B is in a good location, very close to Noboribetsu Station. It takes about ten minutes to get to Noboribetsu Hot Spring Town by bus. The hot spring costs 350 yuan, and the round trip costs 640 yuan. The staff at the B&B are very nice, kind and courteous. There is free breakfast. If you don’t want to go to the hot spring town, there is a hot spring less than 1,000 meters away from the B&B, which costs 420 yuan per trip.
