They workers nice and the hotel very clean I 100% recommend to anyone

Short driving distance from Charleston. Nice size room, clean. We had a problem with the sink in the room, and it was fixed just a few minutes after I told the front desk lady about it.. great service.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff were very nice. However the breakfast was not the best. There was no juice and a very limited selection.

Cmon down to the sleepless Inn where you'll be sure to not get to sleep until at least 1 am, even then you'll be awakened to screaming children and slamming doors at all hours of the night. Just about the worst hotel for noise I've ever stayed in. Plus we won't even give you a trash can in your room. At least the breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly.

Heather got us check-in. Heather was a very pleasant person, greeting us with smile, trying every means to accommodate our needs as my husband was very sensitive at smoke smell. Heather made us weekends staying this hotel, definitely. We would book this hotel again at our next visit to Charleston, because of HER.

The hotel was dirty. Garbage stacked outside our room. There was only a hand towel in our room. The bedding was dirty. There was no juice. The refrigerator with the milk was rusty. The ice machine hasn’t worked in months. There were no vending machines. The hallways were not vacuumed. The wet floor sign was left in the elevator. When we asked for towels we were not even given two full sets of towels. We tried to call the front desk, but the call was never picked up. The check in tablets didn’t work. Based on this stay, I would never stay at one again. My father and I stayed at a Sleep Inn in July. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. I was looking forward to staying in another one on our trip to Charleston. This stay was a real disappointment.

I’m not sure where to start. I am so very disappointed that ******* represents this company on their website. I checked into this hotel because I had to make an emergency trip out to South Carolina. When I checked into this hotel. The hallways smelled of strong smoke smells. I walked into the room and had to use the restroom, found urine on the toilet seat. The floors looked dirty, not vacuumed. I decided to investigate the beddings and after pulling back the comforter and sheets I saw so many small little hairs and what appeared to be bed bugs in both the beds. I was soo disgusted. This room was not up to health and safety code and there was no way I was going to jeopardize my health sleeping there. I went back to front desk and kindly let them know I needed a clean room, they said they have heard the rooms aren’t clean at times, then they gave me a new room. The new room was on the first floor and smelled like urine . I looked out the window and the window frame looked broken and jiggled which is unsafe. The floors again looked dirty and bedding stained. I needed a new hotel at this point. I requested refund for to an unhealthy and unsafe environment and the manager did not approved my refund on 2 different attempts. I never slept at this hotel and they really feel it is fair to keep my money, what a shame. Someone should have valued business in some aspect and made this situation right. This hotel nor ******* will ever have my business again.

The hotel was not clean in any of the common areas. Once we arrived in our room, the first thing we noticed was that the bed was not well made, the underskirt was under the mattress and you could see directly under the bed. The refrigerator did not keep our food or drinks cool. The worst thing of all is that the shower was not working on our second day. I called the front desk and she simply replied with an ok and no one ever came to repair it. We ended up having to clean the tub out and take baths which made us late for our event. When we were leaving I informed the woman at the front desk that the shower was still not working and she told me that maintenance did not arrive until 9:30 am, we had initially called her at 7:45 am. She did not seem to care that we were inconvenienced during our stay and offered no alternatives. None of the ice or vending machines were working on any of the floors either. We will never ever patronize a Sleep Inn again.

We arrived for one night stay. Room was dirty and furnitures were well worn. Bathroom was the worst, dirty, bad smell and a lot of hair inside. We were informed on reception about breakfast hours but breakfast was not provided due to Thanksgiving. It is unacceptable that we paid for service which was not delivered, and we received wrong information.
