The sheets & bathroom were clean, beds ok comfort (a little harder than I prefer), wonderful quality pillows. Pool area was great after a long day of travel. The heated pool was great temperature. The hot tub was small with low powered jets but pleasant. This is definitely an older hotel that has seen a lot of years of use but perfectly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was simple but with options including waffle makers. Great find.

The lady behind the desk when we first checked in was amazing. Very helpful and easy to check in. The morning lady behind the desk was not helpful at all. Kept trying to do little things to fix door lock when none of what she tried worked. It was very frustrating.

I will definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and the staff from the kitchen, cleaning crew and front desk was so friendly. I will continue to tell my family and friends about my enjoyable stay at your facility. Good job everybody!

Very nicely updated and clean. Bed and pillows comfy. Breakfast was good-plenty of options. We walked to dinner. Easy access for our next day drive North. We will stay here again.

Hotel staff were very friendly! Nice clean lobby and breakfast area. The room was nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable and they had the best pillows. The only complaint I have is that the hallway had an odor. Breakfast was your standard hot breakfast at a hotel. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was very nice and it was clean. The thing was the laundry room was out of service and the elevator was broke down. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the water pressure was very low.

If you are wanting a property close to CHI St. Vincent, this is the place to stay. It was super close, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and perfect for our visit.

Our bed was not made at all. We stayed multiple nights. The last day we stayed no one came to clean and no new towels. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Easy, friendly check-in including parking. The hallway seemed in need of a vacuum but my room was very clean. Comfy bed. Sounds random, but I love that the doors here don’t close automatically. No slamming doors makes for a much sounder sleep. Breakfast was good, thank you for having several fruit choices. Only complaint was the soda vending machines were mostly sold out, but the nice lady who checked me in offered me a couple of water bottles from behind the desk.
