The room facilities are quite old, the room space is OK, the hygiene is OK, breakfast is paid separately, and there are more varieties

People running up and down the hallways yelling, slamming doors, pounding on walls until 430am. Will not return to this location.

It was a nice stay

I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the room was. It was clean, updated and furnished well. I would definitely stay there again.

Very warm atmosphere.

Booked a double queen bed room for me my wife and 3 year old son due to just getting in town from a long drive from Dallas, TX. What a horrible stay for us all! As a man who takes pride in making sure my family is comfortable sanitary and surrounded by the greatest environment etc, I figured this would fulfill my standards well it didn’t. Went into the room was freezing colder than outside! my 3 year old began forming runny nose etc.. turned the heat up to its highest point which was 78, heat did not come out warm but cold air. Didn’t notice it until I realized it was getting colder by the minute! I know sometime it can take time so I gave it an HOUR while my family had to bundle up with their coats and hats on to see if itll get warmer it did not. I went to the front desk and told the receptionist about the situation (Olivia) she seemed to have no remorse and decided to just offer me a free breakfast thanks but I don’t need a free breakfast I need my family to be warm. I asked could we get a different room due to the heat not working she said there’s a way they could edit the temperature from their side so I believed it and went up and tried to again only to have the maintenance man come to our door smelling like a whole pack of cigarettes enters my room and opens the furnace… takes out the filter and said the filter is a little dirty (clearly the filter was brand new)… I said sir it is almost 10pm I’ve been here since 8pm all I want is to get me and my family some sleep

The internet was very spotty so streaming on the TV did not work. Long walks to parking. Otherwise a great experience.

The refrigerator was turned off, and there was no knob to turn it up, so I used my tweezers

Beautiful hotel. The only thing that was out of their control is the elevators were down and we were on the sixth floor.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, 1st I was told by staff that I couldn’t extend my stay by 1 hour done to be booking with ******* which was a inconvenience, than when I went down to the lobby it was over crowded with kids running around not being monitored, I ordered a drink in it was multiple Floaties of something else other than my drinks ingredients. I asked the waiter did she know what this was. She replied it’s probably from another drink that she had made as if it was ok to use unclean dishes. The following morning I went down for breakfast at the buffet which I paid for in my stay. After making my plate a host comes to me and says you are not on the list for the breakfast buffet. I told her it must be a mistake because I’m sure I confirmed thinks during my check in. She came twice saying I wasn’t on the list which was very embarrassing. I had to leave my plate on the counter and go to the front desk area where she in fact confirmed that I was indeed on the list. How embarrassing I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL!

Very comfortable, clean room, good amenities.
