The hotel's hardware facilities and services are excellent. I came here alone to enjoy the tea brewing and Tibetan costume experience. The breakfast was also rich, especially the free airport pick-up service was very considerate. The handsome butler Cicheng was very sincere and enthusiastic. Thank you for helping me take photos and consult; the front desk and driver Xiaoshun was also thoughtful and patient. The surprise experience in the hotel made the trip to Linzhi a perfect ending.

The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and environment are satisfactory. The service is very considerate. Special praise is given to the front desk management Ms. Zhao Qingqing, the front desk staff Quncuo, and the restaurant staff Li Zhanghu for providing timely and enthusiastic help when guests suddenly feel unwell. The steamed Yajiang fish for dinner and the Roujiamo for breakfast are delicious. Xiao Xue at the front desk actively assisted guests to check in quickly.

After booking this hotel, we arrived at the hotel as scheduled. The hotel lobby was spacious and bright, and it felt very grand. The hardware facilities were also great! The hotel also gave us tea by the stove, which was very good. Although we arrived on the same day and the hotel just happened to have a power outage, the hotel from the boss to the staff were very considerate. They sent us all kinds of refreshments to fill our stomachs and took the initiative to help us pack our luggage. In particular, the two guys named Cicheng and Zhanghu, and another named Xixi, provided very good service, so that we originally tried to stay for one night, but because the hotel staff provided very good service, we decided to continue to stay for four days. It is a good choice. Next time I come to Linzhi, or when friends come over, this will definitely be our first choice and recommended hotel, ha!
