We had to "fall back" on this structure - for one night - due to the cancellation of another residence. Used a gift voucher, accepted without difficulty. Quite convenient parking, period building (under renovation but no inconvenience). Efficient and fast remote check-in. Telephone relations with the owner without any difficulty. Beautiful town, from the bedroom window we witnessed a splendid sunrise.

Located in the center with parking at 120 meters, very convenient for a day of visits in this beautiful country. Basic room but with the right space for short stays, very quiet, with air conditioning, and a beautiful view of the landscape. Possibility of using the fridge in the room on the first floor used for breakfast. Hearty breakfast, dessert with croissants, fruit juices, yogurt, biscuits and various spreadable products, etc., typical in the days of COVID, therefore all rigorously and correctly packaged. Good quality / price ratio.

The B&B is located in the historic center, in a period building undergoing renovation (the outside). The interior is well preserved and well maintained, spread over 2 floors served by a single staircase. The premises are clean, in good condition and hygienic standards respected. Let's see now why it is overrated. It is not possible to arrive by car in front of the B&B, you can reach a maximum of 30 meters. There is a public car park in the square, but most of the parking spaces are on a parking disc (so max 1 hour): there are only about twenty without limitations, apart from Thursdays when parking is prohibited throughout the square. The room is rather small and with little space for luggage and no wardrobes, although for very short stays you can certainly adapt. The bed is not particularly comfortable: low mattress and box springs. The view from the room sweeps over the surrounding hills and part of the town, but I wouldn't call it "breathtaking", although it is far better than that of my house. Finally, the breakfast I would define mediocre: all packaged stuff, even if nothing is missing. So in essence the judgment is positive and advisable for those who have the opportunity to visit Offida, but I would do a wrong to others if I evaluated this structure with a better evaluation.

Avrei preferito una prima colazione con prodotti freschi (non confezionati). Sarebbe anche opportuno che il check in fosse fatto, dall'host, in presenza.

Struttura posizionata inizio corso del borgo, con parcheggio a pochi metri fuori dalle mura; camera pulita, piccola con il necessario, con finestra vista sulle campagne circostanti. Bagno piccolo ma con il necessario. Abbiamo trovato in camera un buono per una degustazione (×2) di vini presso una vineria nella piazza. Colazione fai da te in una stanza riservata con prodotti confezionati di ogni tipo, brioches, succhi, yogurt e macchina da caffè. Consigli: cambiare il materasso alla camera Tortora (ti spezza la schiena dopo due notti). Capisco che le porte delle camere sono arredamento antico, ma al minimo movimento nella struttura vibra tutta la porta e comunque si sentono tutti i rumori esterni. Manca il frigo in camera, ma viene messo uno grande a disposizione nella stanza colazioni.
