A few minutes walk from Okayama JR Station. There are Takashimaya and various commercial facilities next to it. It also comes with breakfast. The room is relatively large. I will consider this hotel next time I have the opportunity to go to Okayama.

Advantages
1) It is close to Okayama Station and close to the subway to Okayama Castle, so transportation is convenient.
2) Water comes out really well. If you run hot and cold water in the bathtub at the same time, it will quickly fill up. The best water pressure among the hotels I've been to so far!!
3) There is a free drink corner on the first floor, so you can drink unlimited fruit juice, carbonated fruit juice, cola (Pepsi), and coffee beans (Americano, espresso - iced available). ** suggestion
4) The staff are friendly.
5) Breakfast – I didn’t try it so I passed.
6) The facilities are clean.
disadvantage
1) If assigned to a smoking room, it may be difficult for non-smokers. The smell of cigarette smoke is huge.
** I don't know if the person who used the room before our group was a heavy smoker, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
** The entire floor where the smoking room is located smells of cigarette smoke in the hallway.
