My wife and I had an amazing time at Sulia’s beautiful property. What made it special was the Sulia team! I’m in the hospitality business and the team’s high touch and attention to detail are exceptional on all fronts. From concierge, kitchen, house keeping, etc… all 10/10. Rooms are kept extremely clean and they are posh and modern. Very nice touch given a lot of Costa Smeralda is dated. Gym and sauna are exceptional (Feels like you are at Equinox). Pool is great for later in the afternoon after coming off the water and beaches - perfect pool service. One of the best spots in north Sardinia for aperativo. Views and hotel set-up is out of a vogue magazine. Will 100% stay here next time in Costa Smeralda.

We spent six days in this wonderful hotel and cannot recommend highly enough. The architecture and gardens are exquisitely designed, the room restful (we had a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea and mountains beyond) and the food and wine delicious. A special mention to the staff, who are to a man charming and efficient and helpful. Coming from the UK (!) it was quite amazing to experience service with such a can-do spirit. A joy from start to finish, thank you Team Sulia, we will be back!

Great boutique hotel. Ideal for a couples escape, beautiful views and very calm and serene environment. All the staff is very friendly and loved to meet them all. Highly recommended!! We will definitely be back. Grazie mille per la ospitalità

An amazing stay at this small(only 22 rooms) boutique hotel. Everything was perfect,beautiful property,nicely decorated rooms,hotel’s common area and restaurant. Manicured grounds. Very nice and helpful staff ,from a front desk throughout the restaurant and housekeeping. Highly recommended place.

We enjoyed this location very much! There are 22 rooms and we stayed in #3 which has the highest elevated view of serenity. The room was tastefully decorated and came with treats. We felt at home and the staff is wonderful and goes beyond measure to make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. This is definitely a diamond in the rough! We will be back!

Beautiful hotel with only 22 rooms -one of the few Hotels who he ate new .fabulous food and staff.don’t go to the overrated 5 star hotels .they are all from the 70 tes - Sulia House wich the nice view is so different.all rooms have sea view -clean bright with air condition -breakfast incredible you have a buffet and also can choose from the menu

This little boutique hotel, set on a hill with a spectacular sea view, is truly sublime. Stylishly contemporary- and comfortable- rooms, beautiful landscaping, heated pool and small fitness center, terrific restaurant ( delicious breakfasts) with lovely outdoor patio make Sulia House a serene haven from which to explore the Costa Smeralda and surrounding area. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Porto Rotondo ( some fantastic restaurants, like Bambusa, and chic shops) but you definitely need a car to explore the beaches, towns and landmark attractions. The front desk staff will help you coordinate everything. In fact, it’s the kind, gracious staff- from the housekeepers, to waiters to front desk- that is Sulia House’s “ special sauce”. They make you feel like you are a guest at a private club rather than an impersonal hotel. A special thank you to Marco, Maria Chiara and Silvia for making our stay so memorable. Jill Newman USA

We were very lucky to choose Sulia House as our holiday stay in Sardinia. The design and amenities are wonderful! So stylish ! It was a pleasure to return to the hotel every evening or spend time around. The service is immaculate! The reception is very helpful with any requests you may have - reservations, excursions, advise on things to do etc. Any request was taken seriously and the solution was provided so that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Not to mention that their restaurant is truly the best restaurant in Costa Smeralda! You do need a car to move around but I guess it’s a must for Sardinia anyway. Thank you for the wonderful time, Sulia House Porto Rotondo!

Amazing boutique hotel with lovely pool and stunning views of costal Sardinia. Great service, rooms big, clean and spacious. We had King Deluxe Room with a big balcony space to enjoy morning coffee and take in stunning views.
