Our receptionist Laura was not friendly, she was not helpful at all when we arrived. After a long trip to Seville from Marbella, we at least were expecting fast checkin, smile and greetings, but nothing of that we received. Room was dark. Breakfast was ok.

Good environment, the small square in front of the hotel is full of blue jacaranda flowers, romantic. It is about a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and the royal palace. Quiet. Twin room, the room has a small balcony, you can see the small square.
There is an Arab archaeological wall behind the lobby, just so so. Don't take it seriously.

It is within a ten-minute walk to the cathedral. It is located in a small square and is very quiet. It is a five-minute walk to the bullring. We have a good impression of the vincci hotel chain. The location is great. It's convenient to go everywhere. The front desk service is okay. The hotel's restaurant is very beautiful. There are live performances in the restaurant at night. The breakfast is not bad. Although the single room I stayed in is not large, it is small and exquisite.

The hotel is very new and clean, but the curtains have not been opened for 5 nights. The rooms booked on Ctrip are always in the worst orientation.
